I just had a wake up wrap. It had a 1" sliver of egg in it. I brought it back to the counter and was told "thats how they make them now"After I ate it the same employee told me they cut the egg in half. He said "you would think by doing that they could pay me more"I told him I wasn't happy about it and his response was too bad... nothing I can do about it...I just got ripped off by Dunkin.
The younger guys were super helpful one of the times we went and they were nice. But, aside from that, it's been bad experience after bad experience.The last time we went, there was literally ONE single person working the entire store "because the next guy didn't come in yet". I was frustrated after waiting nearly 30 minutes in the line that I couldn't leave because it traps you, but she still got our order wrong. I didn't complain because I felt bad for her. I probably won't be back because there are other options nearby.I've literally been told before multiple times that this BASKIN ROBBINS was out of anything with the word "chocolate" in it. But, this isn't uncommon in that area. The one in Oldsmar is almost always out of chocolate too. Once, I was told they were out of ice cream entirely after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru.The management of this store is atrocious, clearly. If you can't serve your customers, just save money on electricity and shut down.
I appreciate the quick and friendly service. Much better than other fast food chains/restaurants. The gentleman working made a great drink!
I and my family come here for glazed donuts and Boston creme three different times. First time a dozen glazed came out ice cold. Second time around 9:30 am out of glazed. How does a donut shop run out of the most popular donut so early? Third time this morning at 9:00 am and only have 6 glazed donuts. Again how does a donut shop run out so early? Will NEVER give them my business again !!!!!!
Worst DD experience ever. No one in the store and took 30 minutes to complete the order of three simple dishes of ice cream. Kept waiting on drive through customers after taking our payment. If you can't staff your restaurants, then close them. Very disappointing and a stain on the good DD name.
The most consistently slow Dunkin' Donuts location. There is a line practically out the door and I've been standing here for 14 minutes and the employees haven't managed to accept one additional order during this 10 minute period. Frustratingly slow and unapologetic. I'm 12th in line, do the math. Completely mismanaged. Thanks for wasting our time.**Update** my family of six just walked out.
2nd time to this location. I go very early around 5am. Both times I've tried to place 2 separate orders. They absolutely refuse. No line waiting. No one inside which I tried first but doors were locked. Rude, no customer service. You'd rather lose a sale then take a simple order. I understand during rush hours that may be difficult, but there should be some flexibility to those rules. After reading the rest of the reviews I'll take my business somewhere else.
The SLOWEST Dunkin I have ever been to. No sense of urgency whatsoever. No one is even inside and the drive thru takes 20+ minutes every time I have come by. The young lady working the drive thru was extremely nice and that was the only upside. Don’t come unless you have plenty of time to wait.
The younger guys at the drive thru were fun and helpful, and really chill they day we went. Our shakes were really good that they made too. Give them a raise.
I can't even begin to explain the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced this morning from this establishment. I frequent this location on Hillsborough and Memorial every day, well until this mornings experience. At 7:25am I sat at the ordering intercom and waited for over 10 mins while cars lined up behind me. No one came on the mic as I tried to communicate with no response. With the line behind me getting extremely frustrated because people have places to be in the morning I decided it was best if I go to the window and let them know the intercom system wasn't responsive. The girl at the window whom was RUDE to say the least proceeded to tell me we don't take orders at the window, I don't care that it didn't work for you get back in line and made circle motion with her fingers to go back around and get in line. I explained again I wasn't about to get back in a line that I just sat in for too long. She again made the circle motion with her finger (ridiculing me and smiling) like it was funny than told me again it's not my fault just go back around. This is the most disrespectful act from an employee I have seen in a long time. This employee should be fired and never work in customer service ever again. You have surely lost me a customer and I will be assured to make sure everyone knows what kind of business this is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
