Is this a joke?? How have people become so unprofessional on the job? We asked for an order of snacking bacon and the person said “do you want a drink with that because they might be a little dry” while laughing with her coworkers and making jokes ( of course they were laughing because they knew the bacon was burnt and they were going to serve it just like that anyways. ) the bagel with cream cheese had cream cheese just in the middle, with nothing to spread it with so now I have to take a bite full of cream cheese alone. We were also asked if we wanted to give a donation and when we said no the lady sighed and said “ohhh my god” with an attitude. So rude, absolutely no work ethic.
This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. It doesn’t matter what time of the day I go the kitchen is always “closed“ and I have yet to drive up to the drive-thru where they greet me before I have to say some thing. I’ve sat there for 5+ minutes waiting for someone to say some thing and until I say hello no one says anything at all. If everybody stayed home one day we would be getting the same level of service as if they were in the store.
SMH. The service was horrible. Dunkin’ is good but the employee was not nice. She told me my food was at the other counter where I had to reach over the counter to get my food because it was not pushed forward to where you can grab it. I asked her if I could get another bag to put 2 oranges juices in and she said no they didn’t have any bags (even tho my food was in a bag and I saw the drive thru employee putting food in a bag. she just didn’t want to get one for me. She didn’t give me my hash browns I had ordered either and I had to come back in to ask for them where she wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Someone else had to help me and she apologized that no one had helped me and that they forgot my hash browns. Very LAZY and nasty employee. The other employees were ok just the one girl who is making Dunkin’ look bad.
Hands down the worst Dunkin I’ve been too. It’s in my neighborhood so I keep tricking myself into thinking things will be different, but I’m quickly reminded. Sloooooooooooow service any time of day. Always out of something. Want to play a game of what will your order look like? This is for your then. You never know what you’ll get but it won’t be what you asked for! Awesome!! I drive the other direction sometimes just to visit the Dunkin on Hillsborough and Countryway instead.
I ordered a large caramel coconut macchiato through a mobile order and this is what I got not only did I get a medium instead of a large it looks really dark and it's really syrupy and they did not even try to contact me to see what I wanted instead of caramel instead they proceeded to put mocha which I'm not a big fan of. I also ordered donuts from there yesterday and didn't receive any of the donuts I picked I understand if they don't have the product but at least contact me and ask what I would like instead of just giving me what's you think I like doesn't make sense when I'm the one paying for it. Always have issues at the location!!!!
Bruh every time i come to this DD to let them redeem themselves they mess something up. The employees always have a attitude for no reason. I asked for a Caramel Craze Latte w/o cinnamon and iced. Every time i order this at this location no matter what it always comes messed up. Last time there was no whipped cream and this time it seems like they emptied out all the sugar they had in store before handing me my coffee. It’s so sweet that it’s undrinkable. And what’s the point of going back to get it fixed when they didn’t care the first time why would they care the second .
Placed an order online through the app. Easy. When I arrive at the store to pick up my order, they tell me their out of food and won't refund my money. Awesome right? Well, I called the store and spoke with the manager the next day. Nope, still no refund. Have to wait until Monday when customer service is open. A simple apology for the inconvenience would have been just fine, but no. Not even a sorry. Stay classy Dunkin!
Waited 10 mins for 3 SEC on croissants only to get them on heavy, raw croissants. Both bathrooms are closed so I had to rush home so my kid could potty. I guess the drive through is OK but I wouldn't go back inside.
Never again! I have been disappointed with this location in the past but since this is on my way to work I decided to give it another try after about six months of not going. It took me 40 minutes to get through the drive-through!! After getting to the window the woman barely even said hi to me then told me my total and handed me my food. Something told me just to make sure it was all there. It wasn’t half my order was missing. Mind you I ordered two things . Two! I called her back to the window and she acted like she couldn’t hear me so I had to raise my voice for her to return. Unless you were born with all the patience in the world I would not go to this location. Wow.
So they mess up my food I go back around to the drive thru and the lady totally goes off on me for THEM screwing up my food.Interesting
