Whoever the gentleman was that was working on Mother’s Day by himself deserves a raise. He said 3 people called out and he came to help out from another location, he doesn’t even work there. He was polite, apologized for the wait, and he was literally running through the store to make sure we got our stuff quickly. I felt so bad for him, but he was KILLING IT! I hope he gets some sort of incentive for his hard work and willingness to step up and help. I’d hire him where I work in a heartbeat.
As a manager of another dunkin I find the evening crew at this location unbearable and lazy. They are rude and refuse service to people. I also noticed a young lady not in proper uniform. She was wearing croc type shoesand her long hair was not pulled up, she had it everywhere. She was not the rude one. The other girl refused service to me. When I have been there in the morning that morning rush crew is excellent. Who ever runs this chain or who ever the store manager is needs to teach the evening ladies some manners. If it wasn't for the customers they wouldn't have a job so for them to refuse service is uncalled for. That's a loss of profits and creating a high labor hour. Totally uncalled for.
This place was. Terrible. Person at drive thru told me. Drive thru was closed around 4:00. Told me I had to come inside. I go inside cars was coming thru drive thru so I am standing there waiting for Hard to tell that car. They had to come inside. Believe this she took their order at drive thru. So she told me now I have to wait. This is full of dog dodo and I left. Never go there again. Don't know if she was having a bad day or what. Fowler. Dunk in donuts y'all stinks with customer service. There where 2 people's in store at that time. And 3 one coming from lunch.
They always make my coffee perfect! Great new avocado toast with roasted tomatoe..yummy

Good parking and cleanly décor. Dunkin Donuts here has plugs for your usb devices as well as comfortable seats (and working a/c) where you can hang out and do your thang. Staff was friendly.
This is the worst Dunkin donuts in the country. Order the frozen cake for my birthday I went to pick it up and it wasn't there. When I acted upset about it the clerk in the store just told me to Relax is just a stupid cake. So I did what I thought was best So I grabbed their premaid cakes After cutting slices for everybody We all realized the cake was freezer burnt. Happy Birthday to me

America doesn't run on Dunkin donuts if so why is there Starbucks, McDonald's, BK, Wendy's, gas station coffee. I run on Dunkin donuts.
