Ordered 2 croissants (1 bacon & 1 sausage) & 2 Boston Cream donuts from drive thru...everything seemed fine until I got home. One of the donuts had no chocolate frosting on top and no, it wasn't stuck to the box; they should have never served it to a customer. My wife said her croissant tasted stale or something. When I tried mine, yep definitely stale. I tried calling the store several times to speak with the manager but no answer on number listed on Google. Read the reviews and like alot of the recent reviews, this "was" my favorite Dunkin Donuts but it seems something has definitely changed with quality of their food products.
Went for an iced caramel latte. First one was terrible, tasted like espresso and creamer and the ice melted before leaving drive thru. Went inside and requested a new one. The second one was just has terrible and no caramel in either. Only 3 young guys were working.I've gone here in the past and normally never had an issue with my drink order.
Ordered coffee and a dozen donuts and two croissant sandwiches one sausage the other bacon. After waiting to hear my order which I didn’t hear anyone call it out so I went up to see if it was ready. Finally Saw my order and when I got home there was only one sandwich in the bag I’m missing the bacon egg and cheese croissant even though the ticket on the bag says two sandwiches so I called and nobody answered. Not how I expected to start my Mother’s Day off. Definitely.. won’t be going back there.
Went to this location on 5/9/22 and ordered two iced teas and some food. I found mildew and a slimy substance in both teas and it tasted like the tea bins haven’t been cleaned, ever. I'm 7 months pregnant and the spoiled tea made me physically ill. I immediately called customer service and they said they would reach out to the owner to call me. No call back from anyone, I’ve even called the store several times myself and no one answers the phone. I’ve followed up via email with Dunkin and no solution has been met as of today 5/20/22. I find this absolutely ridiculous that no one has made an effort to call back and the lack of concern for their customers is offensive.
I have no idea who was making drinks at Dunkin’ Donuts at 10:15 am on 04/21/2022 but you blessed me. This literally is the best drink I have ever had from Dunkin or anywhere for that matter that makes drinks like these. Thank you to whoever you are you the real OG❤️??
The cashier was a great sport, visited with Mt husband and best friend - we were a little rambunctious. The cashier joined in us with while we were roasting one another, loved the participation!
Visited this location this morning at 10 AM, dine in.A COUBLE OF COMPLAINTS1) TO BE WAITED ON TOOK 10 minutes2)5 to 6 servers behind counter 1 sitting on counter3) finally got waited on server could not stop touching their face.4) ordered coffee, bagle, water waited 5 minutes for coffee, while server filled 3 outside orders 4of the other servers did nothing but socialized.5) table inside dirty6) floor appeared as it has not been washed since Sunday close.Writing this thinking nothing will change, will be long time before I return.
So it's 31 flavors though they had maybe 12. They tasted like freezer burn. It was disgusting. Most of my drive thru morning experiences are terrible. You're rushed to order and never greeted. It's incredibly frustrating when you're starting your morning out with people who miserably do their job.
The location was clean, I was acknowledged almost immediately, I was given the Senior discount even without asking, excellent service with my food exactly as I had requested. Delicious! Big difference than the previous Dunkin that I visited. Thank you!
Dude at the window with the cross necklace and highlights was telling the girl with long nails that someone who worked there was sneezing in there hands and continued to make the food. Right after that they handed me my food. I was astonished. I threw away 14$ worth of food at 10:00 am on Monday. Can't make this up.
