I love dunkin coffee so I’ve ordered from this location a few times on Postmates/Uber eats and EVERY single time I’ve had an item missing from my order. If an item isn’t available you have the option to contact the customer and let them know. This has never happened. They can’t read?? I’m not sure what the issue is but they manage to do it every time.
They got rid of the egg white power breakfast sandwich and who wants to pay for over priced microwaved sandwiches by staff who don't even wear masks and talk over your food? Not me! Over priced microwavable sandwiches.
I’ve been there twice and it is the worst customer service ever. They ladies are so disrespectful and rude. I won’t go back to that place
As someone with chronic illnesses, I expect to go places that adhere to social distancing and masking. I went to this place because it is close to my home. The customer service representative who sold me doughnuts was a young male with no mask and a terribly condescending attitude. He looked at me hatefully because I was wearing a mask and I did not feel safe or respected as a customer. It was awful. I will not visit this place again despite it being in the neighborhood. I will go to more considerate places that actually care about their customers' well-being.

If you are smart and wise, you KNOW that this location is the BEST representation of Dunkin Donuts. For fresh coffee and the original glazed donuts it taste like heaven for breakfast only at THIS location. I could go on about how amazing this location is we will be here alllll day baby because yassss. 5 stars.
There's only a handful of people that can make my very simple ice coffee 4 cream 8 sugar add expresso right on point. And did the damn thing. The customer service was awesome as well. Delicious fast friendly service
It took a little while to get my food but they did their best...3 people at 7am with about 7 orders before me...

Today I came in to the store an I was felling a little hungry for a snack. I never had Dunkin food before but because I heard the staff laughing and cleaning, I guess trying to keep busy. I decided to give them a try. The two young ladies that was working this afternoon were very helpful. I was surprise to find out they sold hot food. But today I went with two donuts and a ice coffee. The place was nicely decorated and clean I decided to sit down an listen to the ladies. They were so cheerful and full of joy I forgot I was having a bad day.
