I only put 4 starts because I love macchiatos and this location tends to stir my macchiato. I hate that, if I wanted it mixed all together I would do that myself. Other than that the restaurant is normally clean and they do have good customer service.

I came through the drive thru at 530 am to get 12 assorted for my coworkers. I have never in my life seen such happy, joyful people at any establishment at 530 I’m the morning until today! The kindness was so appreciated. It radiated into my day and honestly has already made my day 200 times better! Thank you so much. It seems small but just being happy and positive to start the day… it changes lives ☺️???

Came in but was surprised with the coffee I got Alexis put some real effort in making it because my Salted Carmel Cold Brew was great. Justin was also attentive and both were really working together and just gave great service with attention to details. I vote 1 for Justin and 1 for Alexis. Thanks guys!

I'm not sure what happened to this location but I won't be back and I've been going here for 2yrs. On Saturday the girl at the register had an attitude and made my drink wrong. This is my 3rd encounter with her and she consistently gets the order wrong or seems bothered to be at work. The drive thru is always a slow crawl JUST to place the order so that's why I go inside. It's ok... spending money is a luxury these days and they just saved me time and money.

Always understaffed. Even at 2:30pm just 1 person working and 15-20 min wait with maybe 1 other customers present. 50/50 shot they'll be out of espresso or milk. Used to be good but has gone really downhill in terms of stock and costumer service.

Absolute worst experience I have ever encountered at a Dunkin’ Donuts! First, I was greeted much less than kindly by the cashier.. then I asked for pink powdered donuts and was told firmly “we don’t make those”.. oh.. ok, can I just have some white powdered donuts? And was responded to with “WE DO NOT HAVE POWDERED DONUTS”.. I was on the phone with my husband and apologized because he and I were trying to help our 4 year old make about her decision in her donut choice.. I ordered my sandwich and coffee and was rudely told they’re out of the flavor of coffee I asked for.. so I ended up not even ordering coffee, which is the main reason for our stop this morning… I paid and waited… the cashier, Alysha, continued to help 3 other customers and prep their food and drinks before even starting mine.. the only person that was concerned with my wait was the only gentleman on staff this morning… the manager did not even turn around to acknowledge me when I had to ask for a refund of my sandwich, after waiting for 10 minutes and others being served before me… when I asked for a refund, Alysha responded with “you’ll have to wait a minute”.. I walked out of that store with no refund and no breakfast.. this staff is rude beyond words.. with the exception of the nice gentlemen that was trying to find the status of my order..

Went downhill. Randomly out of things for a long time. Long drive thru waits because no one's taking orders.Food is decent but drinks are often made poorly and inconsistently. The Fowler Dunkins are better

out of stock items, rude employees, a manager that does not know how to do inventory, slow service this are just a few bad things I can say about this location. Most locations do not know how to make a macchiato correctly. Already complained to the manager but since I think they are all buddies at the store I put a complaint with corporate.

I'm giving it three stars because this has been the first time since visiting this Dunkin Donuts for past 8 years that they didn't have any hot food to serve? I will say that the staff was apologetic and very pleasant.

The worst Dunkin’ ever. I’ve been to this location several times in the past 5+ years and nothing has changed. Constantly out of products like different cup sizes and DONUTS. There’s a permanent sign on the drivethru sign that lists items they are out of it’s a joke. I waited 16 minutes for a large iced drink the other day and wanted a refund but nobody was at the window. Today Me and my wife went and got two iced drinks and waited 15 mins and the drinks where made wrong, we went inside and told one of the employees and got an eye roll in return.Dear Dunkin’, if you continue to let locations like this soil your company you’ll be out of business in no time.-sincerely a disappointed customer
