I've NEVER had coffee that tastes good at this location. The customer service was beyond bad today. Every other day i went it is sub par. I've asked them before to remake my coffee and all they did was put way more creamer in it. It still tasted disgusting, but now with just a lot more creamer in it. I asked for coffee not a cup full of creamer. Won't be coming back to this location. I'd rather go to the gas station dunkin up the street than this location.

Terrible. They made my iced coffee practically white with far too much cream AGAIN and instead asking for a new one, asked the drive thru employee for a little black coffee to help dilute the over pour of cream and heard the general manager (franchise owner?) loudly say “she complains everyday!”... Well…I suppose I have “complained” a few times recently for not getting what I asked for however instead of perhaps training your employees better, by all means blame the customer for speaking up. You know, the customer who has been a loyal to this location daily for over a decade. The customer who came to this location during the lockdown to support them with not only my family’s business, but generous tips for the staff as well. Oh, and side note, they also made my son’s breakfast sandwich wrong AGAIN, second day in a row no less. Didn’t complain about that however once I realized it would be loudly proclaimed by the owner to all the staff. Good bye.

Ordered online a coffee with oatmilk (I can’t drink regular milk) when I went to pickup my order they told me they didn’t had neither oatmilk or almond milk just regular milk. I asked if they could cancel my order and supposedly they couldn’t do it, and I needed to call customer service!!! Customer service is closed because it’s Sunday! I’m very happy right now, don’t have my coffee and they charged my card.

I can’t even give them a star. I ordered a dozen donuts using the dunkin app. I received confirmation and they charged my credit card, but when I got there they had NO dounts. I asked if I could get my money back and they said no and I can call customer support. I called and was on unending hold. I will no longer get my morning coffee at dunkin, not this one or any Dunkin’ Donuts. Horrible customer service. Krispy cream I guess it is from now on.

They have very sweet and customer oriented employees. I was being served by a very nice young lady when the manager came over in the rudest manner to inform me that I had to preorder if it was more than a box because it would take too long. Then requested I pay first, I could not even tip my server. Then without saying anything she turned around to serve other people. My server only took 5 min. to serve my order.It was my first time here and I was buying a reward for my students and I did not know I had to preorder.I believe that being a manager she has to set a better example.Definitely visit another Dunkin.

First of all, they don't have anything, they only ever have like 2 sandwich items no other breakfast food and very limited donuts. And aside from the lack of food in a restaurant, I’m pretty sure the entire staff is learning impaired. Almost never gotten my order right, zero communication from any of the staff other than being informed of the lack of food. And even after they ask you to repeat your whole order at the window so they can one by one prepare each item while you wait, they still manage to get the majority either wrong or severely over cooked. My so is currently eating charcoal for hash browns bc they had nothing else she ever likes to order… oh and don’t even try with coffee, no matter what you order you’re gonna get the same thing, they only know how to make one drink and hope you don’t notice.

Worst place in customer service. Went and place was closed to dine in. Had to go thru drive in and I asked the lady attending me to add an extra coffee and told me she couldn't, gave her my phone so she can scan for my points before I pay and told me I have to let her know before I ordered;asked the manager if they are going g to use my phone to scan it and told me I had to give it before she process the order and I told her I did before giving her my card but still no one cares and didn't do anything. I let them know why they have people so rude attending the window if they can't handle their job. Very rude and disappointed about this place.

The place is disgusting, we went for an ice cream and we just run out, the probably have more than a month without cleaning this place don’t come here!!! Worse experience ever

This place is so dirty. Half drank cups of coffee all over the place. The guy at the counter has dirty finger nails and handling food. The coffee was unbearable sweet, tasted like straight syrup. I usually like Dunkin Donuts but this location is the worst.

Horrible management at this location. It was 25 minutes before they were closing went to the drive thru and no answer from any worker so went to the window and two employees were in the store not even paying attention at all on their phones they weren’t even doing their jobs. So finally when one employee came over after waiting we were wanting to order something and he said they are out of almost everything and said they dumped all the remaining drinks they had. So losing money must not be a problem for Dunkin because they could have had a few more customers that would have purchased their products but instead they would rather get rid of it when they weren’t even closed yet.
