Always an issue going to this location. Slow service, don't have donuts or food. The drive thru only works one order at a time so from the time they order on the screen to pulling fwd to pay, no other transaction or taking order on the next customer happens till the customer drives off. Drives me insane how they can't multi-task so the process can speed up. Every drive thru in America does it but this one can't figure it out. It never used to be this way.

Ordered large ice mocha with cream/sugar. Got to the window and the coffee was made incorrectly! I asked them to fix it and the young man argued that I did not ask for cream/sugar. I asked them to fix it again! Solution was to shove cream and sugar in a bag hand to me and said have a great day! Will never!!!!!!!! Again stop at this dunkin. Will also be calling cooperate.

Can I give this place a zero ? Waiting in line for 15 minutes and I walk up to order my coffee and kid just walks away from the counter … and there was five visible people there. They all were wearing Pajamas or casual clothes, all starring at their phones. I had to leave and this is not the fifth time this happened to me, my friends, and my mother, and other family members they all complain about this store how it’s super understaffed and disgusting. They mess up my order and charge me for things I did not want . There is a kid there who is severely impaired I don’t think they should let him take orders please make it do something easier because he does not listen and he walks away when you are about to order… thank you.

Nicholas took our large complicated order & was very patient, professional, friendly & polite. seemed like he was running the placeby himself w/one other person, they did amazing getting it all done quickly & efficiently. thank you!

Went through the drive through and the service was horrible.I ordered a coffee and a bagel and when I received it the coffee had something in it so I asked them to change it and when I received the cup again it was terrible.They used the same cup and coffee was all over the cup.I left the cup on the drive through window and left.This place used to be good.

Serving stale, left-out-all-day, doughnuts. Having no problem at all charging folks as if the food is fresh.

Worst dunkin I've ever been to. Wait times in drive through were absurd and zero communication. Sat for over 12 minutes at the microphone before anyone said a single word to me, and another 5 at the first window before I was told I should have gone to the second window. Sat 7 minutes at the second window. For two iced lattes. Never again. They were friendly, however. So that's good.

This place is a complete disaster. Total lack of management rude staff and the wait times are ridiculous. at the three bad experiences over the last month will never come here again hands down the worst Dunkin' donuts I've ever been to.

Let me say ! The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. I order online to pick and waited 28 minutes. They had my drink but the rest of my order was taking for ever. I ask 3 different people (kindly) and they were like zoombies.. completely ignored me and kept doing there thing meanwhile the stores started getting bussier and people started getting their food except me. I already was having a bad day. Never ever been treated like this. I asked hiw do i get a refun was ignored. I work in customer service and this service was trash. They definitely need some training.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. Lobby rarely open, drive through only most days. Drive through wraps around gas station. SLOWEST SERVICE EVER
