I usually don't leave five stars but my experience here was simply amazing Elijah who works here made it amazing!! He simply went above and beyond. I'm very friendly care about how my order was made. And he did it all with a smile and an amazing attitude! My cappuccino blast was freaking awesome!! He knows what he is doing and does it well. When I came back to reorder he remembered what I wanted and took care of me! This location is more than worth coming out to especially when he is here!! I hope corporate and shows him a little recognition. This location / Dunkin Donuts Baskin-Robbins he's a great asset to the company and you should hold dear and value to him cuz he makes this location amazing and a great experience for any customer that comes here kudos to him and I hope to see him every time I come thank you Elijah for a little amazing experience at this location!!❤️❤️
It's a great place always visit here to get some breakfast before visiting family in town and have had a great experience everytime
This Dunkin used to be one of the best in town but have drastically gone down hill. The employees here must be family because the night crew they have are slow disorganized and just seem mentally out of it every time I need to stop here.
If I could have left zero I would have!! First the two guys working the counter have no idea what they are doing. They couldn't seem to hear/understand what I was ordering or asking for. Then I ordered a single scoop butter pecan on a sugar cone... No cones. So I take it in a cup, then the kids couldn't figure out which ice cream was the butter pecan bc they had set the ice cream freezer up wrong. Then I get my ice cream and it's freezer burnt!! And no one knows what to do!! This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to!!
The person who made my coffee did not care at all. The coffee was horrible. It was watered down. Before that he made the order wrong and I politely told him. He changed it and it was horrible. Their donuts were stale.
If I can give this place a 1/2 star, I would because the customer service was horrible and the public safety was even worse. The person at the window and the manager, as well as the people behind the counter, did not want to wash their hands when messing with the ice cream nor the food. One lady was digging at her butt and when I asked to please wash her hands, she did not want to wash her hands plus she asked why. Then the manager tried to justify why it would be ok for her not to wash her hands and still pack my ice cream. Even in today's crisis, people are still so nasty when fixing and serving your food. I took my $$ down the street to Starbucks. This place is a Health Hazzard and should be shut down. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
The food was okay but the restaurant staff was really slow they had to pull us ahead just for one simple small order wow not a way to do business
After waiting too long and drive-through, I drove away with what I thought was my order, but they got it wrong. Which means I had to make two U-turns in heavy morning traffic and jeopardize me being to work on time to get the food that I ordered. When I came back to get my correct order, I opened it up to check to make sure as to not repeat the same mistake. The sandwich was made very sloppy. I also checked the wrong order and that sandwich was made very sloppy. On top of that, they have all these advertisements for the drinks on the Baskin-Robbins side, but they’re never available. I have never gone to the Dunkin’ Donuts and gotten any other drinks that I wanted. I won’t come back!
I went through the drive thru this morning and I ordered my usual simple multigrain bagel with cream cheese. When I got my order and took the first bite I noticed that it doesn’t feel or taste like what I am used to , the bagel was stale and heated m’inities later it became even dryer.. if you want yesterday’s bagel go to this place .
Greatly improved from my last visit. But as I always say, don't take my word. Give them a chance. Well done!!!
