Great customer service ! We went here on our current search for odd ice cream creations and flavors around Tampa bay and had the Havana Dream in a sugar cookie ice cream sandwich topped with caramel drizzle and fruity pebbles. The sweet lady who served us went above and beyond and had fantastic customer service, good recommendations from the menu options and a warm personality. She also made us 2 great lattes with almond milk (they have 3 non dairy options). Brought our toddler and it was a very cute spot to stop not far from the Zoo so is a great place for families to stop in. ?????

People are very friendly and nice. You can’t taste samples because of COVED. The ice cream was fine, but so sweet. But the fact that they give the profits to help others is a very nice thing!
The shop is adorable, the staff was very personable, welcoming, and fun. I gave one star because four of us ate there and four of us got sick. We were all vomiting, with it tasting like cookie dough, and also had diarrhea at the same time as well as stomach pain and cramping. It tasted delicious but it is now 2 days later and I'm still not feeling the best from it and it also gave me and my best friend the sulfur burps that taste like rotten eggs. I now have to go to the doctor and get an antibiotic before I can eat again. Unfortunately I will not be returning here.
My GPS took me all the way to Hudson Florida on Dale Mabry for this but it was absolutely worth it!!.....their associates were wonderful and excited to serve me and tell me about their products. they also serve kahwa coffee there!! and please plz try the cookie monster flavor. it's new and Genius!!!
Simple straight-forward business, sell cookie dough ice cream and shakes. I heard all the profits go to charitable organizations. Staff was friendly and worked patiently with the kids who did not know exactly what they want. You can get two scoops of different flavors in one small cup which was pretty cool. We couldn't get Google Pay to work, but everything else was great. Will definitely stop back in the future if it is on the way home.
Super tasty ice cream and edible cookie dough. And the coffee is on point as well.
