I used to live in Japan. This is the closest thing to authentic ramen I have found since moving back to Pasco, FL. It's 45 min from my house, but WORTH the drive.The ramen is similar to what I used to get at GOEN (a Japanese ramen chain)... Very delicious and beautiful broth, made at the restaurant, which is SO HARD TO FIND around here. The noodles are not homemade, but they're sooooo delicious and close to the taste of homemade noodles.Their takoyaki tasted EXACTLY like it did in Japan. And the Yuzu sake!The ambiance is also a treat. The gachapon machines are something truly Japanese and the bar style seating takes me back!And most importantly, very knowledgeable and polite service!!Trust me, you WANT to eat here. Finally had the chance to try out this place from a lot of friends recommendations and it was so worth it. The broth was delicious and aromatic, I got the spicy Ramen and it had the right amount of spice and seasoning. The noodles had a little chew to it which is what I love. The pork was very tender (I wish there were 2 slices or maybe a thicker cut), egg perfectly cooked with a little running in the middle. I enjoyed every bit of this Ramen down to the last sip of the delicious broth. The only disap was that I didn't come here sooner to try this place out

Clean, comfortable restaurant. Very pleased with the service and selection. Miso ramen was rich, hearty, and salty. Lovely chashu. Will come back. Might buy a bottle of sake to celebrate the occasion.
Great flavor ramen, although a bit small on the portion/size of the bowl. Affordable and great customer service.
Pretty decent ramen for the Tampa area. The Karage was a bit over-salted. Udon was tasty.

Delish! Will be back for sure! There’s a couple vegan ramen. I had the spicy donsuco :) hearty, tons of flavor, tasty ramen I could eat anytime. Unless you’ve never had ramen before this won’t be a new flavor experience tho
