Been stopping by D&D on and off over the last 30 years or so, and it's like an old friend. Always there for you and never lets you down. I've actually learned more Spanish by going there, than I did in school. Just the best owners and staff you'll ever meet, and they pour their heart into having everything ready for the early morning commuters who are lucky enough to taste their authentic Cuban delicacies. This is a Tampa institution, and a real treasure for our city. Please go and experience it first hand. The food is served quickly, at a very reasonable price, and is consistently awesome. I have been going here forever. Don’t go to anywhere else if you are in need of a Cuban. Other places have reviewed that are sponsored. This place has AFFORDABLE GREAT TASTING food. Don’t go to any of the other ones in the causeway area.
