I really like this place for a step up from regular fast food. They have a great selection of everything. Hamburgers, seafood, soups, salads, desserts, and I love their appetizers. I haven't had their veggie burger yet, but will next time. The two I have been to, everyone was great, and the place was super clean. Bathrooms and eating area were constantly being cleaned.
1st time at Culvers. The associates taking the orders were friendly, though soft spoken and we're hard to hear over the noises of the kitchen. They efficiently took our order and walked us through our options. We sat inside, the wait for the food seemed a bit long to me. The food was overall ok, hot and seemed fresh. Though it didn't personally ring any bells for me that's more due to my own tastes as the other people with me seemed enamored with it.
I had to try a Culver's Hambuger. It was delicious! Only reason not 5 star, everything is in huge portions. Most would prefer that, but in our 70's, I wish they had single patty burgers.
I came here tonight cause I like to treat myself when I have a bad day and every time I’ve come the staff is always extremely nice. It’s so refreshing seeing a fast food staff like this. I wanted to leave this review to give recognition to the workers there tonight they were extremely busy and more than kind to everyone they absolutely deserve a raise. Thank you so much
Food was good but 2 packs of ketchup for a large onion ring and no napkins. I guess customers are supposed to use their shirt? For the price and the wait I expect better.
Friendly service at the window, not to long of a wait, but freshly cooked food is worth it. A little pricey, but welcome to 2022. Overall good experience and good food with a smile.
This is my favorite place in the area for ice cream. The staff are friendly and very prompt. It is definitely a popular place so please bring some paintence and expect to wait in line. I love trying different concrete mixer combinations and their seasonal flavors.
Not your typical fast food place. Bring your patience, because you won't get your food immediately after you place your order. But it's worth waiting for. Butterburgers are delicious!
Let me just start with, until today every singleemployee has always been extremely over thetop kind and polite. The problem I'm havingwith this place and I do love it when theburger is good. However the consistency islacking. Today I got a complete and totalmustard slush burger. As always when I comethrough I always order the deluxe bacon allthe way, normally a double but today it was asingle. The girl asked me mustard andmayonnaise, I said all the way, again. So I getto the window and again she asked me aboutmustard and mayonnaise, I know this girl isnew because I do frequent this place a coupletimes a week. I said to her for the third timeall the way, she goes YEAH mustard andmayonnaise, very rude to me. I get home andyes I have a mustard slush burger. Theburgers are expensive, but when they're rightthey are worth every penny and superdelicious. Where's the managementoverseeing the kitchen and customerservice?????
We went around 11:45am. I thought it might be busy because when I pass by there the drive thru is always packed. It was not busy. I was able to walk in and order my food. My mother was with me. She is in a wheel chair and needs help getting inside. There is a girl named Marlene working there and she saw me struggling with moms wheelchair and she came outside to help. She helped with ordering food and finding a seat. She brought our food to the table. I asked her to cut my mothers hamburger so Marlene did.. This was my first time at Culver's and I was really impressed. The level of customer service is outstanding and the food is great. We each had the bacon burger and shared a basket of onion rings....so delicious. The restroom was stocked and very clean. The restaurant was also stocked and very clean. I will definitely be going there again and I highly recommend Culver's on Nebraska in Tampa.
