Not lucky with this restaurant. Missing item today from a large order...again. We stopped going for about three months because you said no pickles and the put them on your sandwich. You said no onions and they put onions in your burger sandwich. Missing items is a constant in this place. Today I went over there to claim my order and I appears that I was lying, that's the way they made feel. Awful costumer service!
Good food, fresh and fast
Today was a bit surprising. I made my order and was told a completely different price from what was posted on the menu. They did not advise before ordering that the prices had changed. It is understandable that price can change at any moment especially with what is going on. However, if you do not have your menu updated you should advise the customers before ordering that prices have changed or honor the prices shown.
Each Culver's location that I have been to is impressive. Theemployees always seem helpful and happy. It is nice and clean.Moderately priced. The food is very good.
Edit: after reading other reviews, its pretty telling that missing food is common practice at this location along with poor quality. Whoever owns this location may want to take a look at their staff and management because you are going to keep losing business.I would suggest going all the way to the location in Citrus Park instead of this one. This is the second time that I didn't receive my full order from the drive thru and didn't see it until I arrived home. They tell you the only way they can refund you is if you return which is probably a way of getting out of crediting you for basically keeping food you paid for.They also never seem to understand their own menu. They have a butter burger with cheese on the menu and if you order that they are always confused. Who has time for this nonsense when the food is just above average fast food. All I can say is never again, I've been fooled twice and stolen from twice and I will not try for a third.
Always fresh and delicious... Staff is always ultra professional and the environment is always in a state of being recleaned for Covid-19. Today at lunch I saw a staff member pulling apart a booth to better clean it overall... Super well done... Bravo!
1 month ago a great experience, now is no no , just have and 42 dollars order , it’s a no no , not the same , cold not utensils, not details they will never see me again, thanks It will be and Chick fillet very close in the interception in Hillsborough and waters very soon , they really will take care of everyone I can’t wait till they open ????????
I order for this location very often and I get this a lot, I wish there was some form of quality control with the food. How can you look at these fries and say they are appetizing or edible at all? Such a waste of money.
First time here at Culver’s wow ! an amazing experience We were greeted by Kieara immediately. She is amazing and someone who takes pride in their job. She recommended her favorites and they were both delicious ! she was a main reason this meal was so enjoyable, she even came out to check on us to ask us what we thought and if we needed anything . Not sure what her position is here but she is definitely quality and deserves to be recognized. She is a true asset to this place!
Normally I haven’t had any issues here before until tonight. Around 9 PM, we decide to go through the drive-through for two measly order of cheese curds, nothing too complicated. We were asked to pull around to the side as per usual and sat behind someone else waiting for them to bring out the food. About 25 minutes later the person in front of me gets fed up (after people behind us since had long gotten their orders) and decides to finally go inside to get their food and I do the same. I go inside and ask about my order which then took them two seconds to hand me and it looked like they had been sitting there for a while. No reason why any of us should’ve had to sit 20 to 30 minutes when it wasn’t like these things were still being cooked. It wasn’t slammed either…
