Awful place. Ice cream was too soft and runny. The outside area with the tables was filthy. Needs cleaning. Shame on Cold Stone for allowing this shop to get to this deplorable state. Inside was messy and unkempt. They’ve allowed this shop to run down and they don’t seem to care.
Always missing ingredients, never pick up the phone, seems understaffed, the staff they do have is rude, super lazy, and don’t want to work. Always find them giggling and messing around while customers stand there waiting. I can’t believe management has done nothing about this. I just read the reviews and come to find out this has been happening for years. Would rather go to a mom and pops place with good customer service. I always order the same thing and every time the price is different. Such a shame because the ice cream is good but gotta get their act together. Disappointing!!!……
Not happy with this location. It is a good location for an ice cream shop but it is badly in need of cleaning. Shame on Cold Stone for allowing this place to run down. It is in a deplorable state. The sitting area outside where the tables are is filthy. The freezer does not seem to be working well because the ice cream was too soft to the state of being runny. Disgusting! Found a blonde hair in our ice cream! I didn’t see any of the employees wear a hair net. Lost my appetite!
This is the closest location for my family and we frequent it often. They are always put of chocolate ice cream and the workers there need more help. There is never enough people working there for the crowd they get especially on the weekends. Chocolate ice cream is one of the basic flavors and they never have any this is the 4th time in the last two months. Also they didn't have cones. Very disappointing.
Google says that their hours are 1:00 p.m. on the weekday. They are currently closed on Mondays and Wednesdays until 6:00 p.m. Call before you arrive!
Hours 1pm to 10pm. Drove over for some ice cream. It's 4:50pm and they are closed.
I am regular customer in this location. However, I got a terrible customer service experience last time. The lady, after served ice cream told me that card reader was not working, I didn’t have cash with me and she was upset because she said that she mentioned me about the issue, I was with two other people who can corroborate she never mentioned. She said have a good day with bad attitude. Automatically, I went home picked up cash and came back to paid for the ice cream. In resume, that location just lost an ice cream lover.
Very rude behavior, I was living in Clearwater earlier and now shifted to Tampa. still getting Clearwater’s coupon in my e-mail as a reward member. While buying ice cream showed them offer i received , lady in counter said it’s for Clearwater and will not work here. I asked how to update address in my rewards program so i can get offer for Tampa now, she said “I don’t know” requested her if your manager can help she gave same reply “I don’t know” ….. so rude. I asked again if you all don’t know than how can I update address, same reply “I don’t know”
