Xavier was so attentive and he really was so nice to me and my niece we got exactly what we wanted and he was such a great help with helping us with flavors thank you Xavier will be back !
Today May 6th 2022 at about 9:20 pm I went into this location cold stone with a group of 11 other people. A couple enters soon after and is denied service then they leave. Later about 9:40 another couple comes in with there few month baby in arms and is then denied service. They leave and then come back in a couple of minutes. He asks for service and is denied again then asks for manager. The staff says there is no manager at the time because the manger shows up after closing. He asks for corporate number he is then told there is no corporate number. Later a staff member decides to curse at him while he is holding his baby while his partner is waiting outside in a calm and collected way. I decide to leave with my group of people and that our money elsewhere. If this is true then cold stone has an error in conduct of ethic and honoring the time the store closes. It is evident cold stones hires immature staff and staff without integrity. Highly would not recommend customers to be subjected to poor treatment because this might be the tip of the iceberg.
Customer service was ok. Not the best.When we walked in, it took 5 mins before someone greeted us.
This location never has any of the toppings available. My third visit here and they are always telling myself and other customers they ran out of toppings. When I asked an employee if they were completely out he stated they had just run out of toppings for the day. However, this continues to be the same answer myself and other customers continue to deal with. This location is the only location I’ve ever had this issue with. There needs to be better preparation to properly serve their customers.
This location only, has the most frustrating costumer service. For the past four times i've ordered on uber eats, each on seperate days the order has been canceled over and over again with the message that I supposedly called THEM to cancel my order which is not true at all. I will not be ordering here again and I hope that management is aware that their employees simply do not want to do their jobs.
It’s Friday afternoon during spring break and there’s one person working …. Doing the best he can but the as the line piles up and we stand there for 15 minutes, two other employees walk in and neither comes out to help him for a solid 5 minutes so we walked out.
Ordered the German chocolate cake ice cream, and there was barley any cake? One little piece for a large size? And the cake in it was broken down so much it wasn’t even noticeable. Ordered the same one last week and it was delicious. Very disappointed after spending $10 on ice cream.
This is a wonderful ice cream place. I have enjoyed it for years. All their flavors and toppings are delicious. Kids and adults enjoy the nice ice cream treats here. Staff is nice and seem clean and safe.
We got a strawberry milkshake. It was very creamy and cold. Unfortunately because Covid-19 is STILL an issue in the USA we could not sit inside.
Clean, quick, and GREAT customer service from all the staff. However they were out of 3 items and did not have any seating what so ever, inside or out. We came 20 minutes before closing so not sure if that was a factor.
