Walked in and waited for about 15 minutes because the woman in front of me decided to buy enough ice cream to feed the 5th Army Division. Luckily the two under-paid, sleep-deprived teenagers working that night took mercy on me and gave me my ice cream for free. For free! But more on that later. As I was ordering my ice cream, I started making conversation with the two workers, a boy named Zander and a girl named Sandra, and they told me their life stories. Zander’s dad moved to the US to play soccer, and Zander tried to follow in his footsteps after his dad abandoned him and his three sisters. He speaks surprisingly good English despite being from Manchester, UK. Sandra was the one who made the ice cream cup that I was getting for my mom. I told her to add apple slices, to which Zander said “No, only add one slice.” Sandra listened to him instead of me and only put one. We’ll see what my mom thinks. Sandra didn’t say a word the entire time I was there, rather communicating to me through nods and grunts. But the brawn it took to scoop and break up all that rock-hard ice into something edible certainly makes up the lack of brain it takes to form even the most basic sentence. When they told me my food was free I almost cried. They were so kind and caring, I would go back any time. Only complaints were that I had to literally beg them for a spoon (they refused to give me one until I gave them a valid reason), and that they let a woman be manager. Other than that all good.
I guess they have a shortage of something here too. My order was just a mess. Not the normal quality, won’t be ordering again.
My online order was incorrect. I didn’t get what I paid extra for. Order in person.
I’ll just say the kid with the shaggy hair and hat back never bagged a girl before. My girlfriend and I we’re sitting there waiting while 3 of these workers behind the counter was helping them only. Then shaggy head kid came to help us finally and he gave us our ice cream sloppy, dropping everywhere. It was such a mess..he was too busy drooling over those girls. Management hire some older people, you got teens thinking it’s tinder in there.
One of my favorite Ice Cream. My kids love it.
Bunch of young kids to catch an attitude when people walk in. This one in particular said “if one more person walks in here bro I’m leaving on god” . With 6 people in line WE ALL HEARD THAT!
It’s a gamble. Sometimes it’s great, other times awful. Every time I’ve ordered delivery, it has been wrong. Tonight we picked some up to go. It’s not mixed and the Oreos are not crushed at all. Literally just whole Oreos. When we asked for a lid for our *to go order* the girl threw it on the counter with all this attitude. This particular girl has been rude every time I’ve seen her.
The ice cream is always great but the inside is a little dingy and the seating is terrible.
Delicious ice cream, and customer service was great!
Ordered one of the creations for delivery and it showed up as just plain ice cream. Terrible service. I was not sent a corrected bowl after paying $14 for the large size. I was credited $5
