I worked here for almost a year and was underpaid and the manager Melissa is absolutely verbally abusive to her employees to where they quit don’t support this store until she’s gone
I absolutely loved it here! Savannah, Anesia, and Vanya made the perfect ice cream for me and my boys, so delicious. Can’t wait to come again!
HORRIBLE…worst $17 ever spent on 2 milkshakes. 3 employees, I’m the only customer and still took 10 minutes to order. Made the order wrong twice. Literally the worst experience possible
Quality of ice cream does not match the way the place looks. They might try a little bit more on having a more cozy place.

This was my very first time enjoying Cold Stone. There was a very very long line to get ice cream. Once it was my turn I ordered the chocolate covered strawberry and a waffle bowl. The ice cream was delicious the employees were pretty friendly. They have some tables and chairs outside however, I do not recommend sitting at them the metal chairs are not sturdy in one of them is broken we brought that to the attention of one of the young men that work there. He said that he would check it. It was almost time for them to close and we watch them bring the furniture in however, he did not look at the chair he just brought it in and I hope they don't bring it back outside for someone else to use because, someone will fall and get hurt. Other than that I really did enjoy the ice cream.
Line for a Friday night was very short, usually not the normal. Great service, even got a little extra cup.
Horrible service. Ordered online. Went in to pick up my order. The guy serves the two people in front of me. Then when my turn comes, he just walks away and abandons his station. Whats the point of ordering online! I had to flag someone else down to give me my order that was sitting in the fridge. Very frustrated!
This is the worst! I love the ice cream, but the fact that this place is run by teenagers is ridiculous, and the service is super slow. One group of people orders and everyone behind the counter works on that single order. Not efficient at all. Please tell me it’s not like this at every cold stone? The ice cream is good, but not worth this ridiculous wait. Less play. More scooping please. This place is in serious need of adult supervision.
Our first stop was going to other place drive true, but we had to wait for long time. We made second choice to go. Which is cold stone. Pretty much we was very comfortable late evening sitting in our car.no shoes. This sweet person Noel. Took her time and took care of us. And welcome us inside store even was busy but she was very professional. We would like to say thank you. Well done. Best service ever.
