Wasn’t too sure what to expect when we walked in but the the service was amazing! We ordered an appetizer of the loaded fries and OMG were they good!My only complaint about the place is the rest of the food was just average. So I can’t give it 5 stars. But we will definitely be back in the future for lunch or dinner.
We had Lea tonight for our server. She is very attentive, has great customer service skills and friendly. The food was good, great atmosphere and with her service, we are definitely coming back when in Tampa! She is a keeper and will do amazing things in life!
I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. We have tried this location 3 times due to convenience, and never once been satisfied. Our last trip was the last straw. We came in to a not so busy restaurant, but still stood at the hostess stand for a good 15 minutes before anybody even acknowledged we were there. We finally are taken to a seat, and remain there for another 25 minutes without anyone coming to our table. Just as we were getting up to leave, a waitress from another section came over to help us(she was the only good part of our visit). Our drink orders were taken, but once again, a long period of time went by before they arrived with our drinks and we were able to order food. Half hour later, our drinks were gone and we hadn't seen anyone since they were dropped off. I went to find ANYONE who could just get us our check so we could pay our drink tab and leave, but was told by the manager that wasn't an option. Another 25-30 minutes after that, our food finally came and we instantly boxed it and left, as my wife and toddler had already walked next door so my kid could eat. This was probably one of the worst dining experiences of my life. BEWARE
Food is consistently good along with prices and the wait staff do their best for the customer
I would recommend it. But the host and my server was really rude and not friendly. I would be hesitant to go back because of the service. I had no problem with the food though.
This was my first time here and def not my last. I had the 14oz Ribeye cooked medium and even though it was pretty pink it was nonetheless juicy, full of flavor and melted in my mouth. They got HUMUNGOUS baked potatoes and great dinner rolls reminiscent of Thanksgiving rolls. DO NOT hesitate for one moment to bypass this great restaurant up for another. U will not regret it!!???
Usually the food is great here but unfortunately not the Sunday we visited. We ordered hamburgers. One burger came out almost raw. They took it back and put it back on the grill. Not sure that's sanitary. Then brought it back with the same bun which had blood on it. The waiter brought out another bun on a plate. The other burger was okay but overall not the quality we are used to from Cody's.
Unbelievable that that are only running at 50% capacity. One of the only places in the state that is not running at 100%. Think about that before you show up. An uneeded wait due to poor planning on the restaurants part. Staff doesn't have mask on, but they are running 50%. That's just stupid. Wake up America!
Went Valentine's Eve early so we could still catch the super bowl and love this little place! We used to go to Logan's Steakhouse and maybe from the same franchise because it has the same vibe. Don't quote me on it, but it's cute, food is awesome and happy hour applies to cocktails also! ❤️❤️❤️
I had high hopes for this place, but it didn't deliver. Food was ok, but definitely not great. Salad was wilted, definitely not fresh. Mac N Cheese was good and flavorful, but very starchy. I asked for steak cooked medium. It was definitely well done but thankfully still juicy and had some flavor. It was a good cut...just wish it had been cooked to order. Mashed potatoes were good, but got a very small portion. Overall, this place is expensive for what you get. Doesn't even compare to Texas Roadhouse, which is obviously what they are trying to do but it's not even close. Oh, also the rolls were hard and dry. Overall not great and don't plan to ever return here. You can just do so much better for your $$ at other places.
