Good customer service....chicken was fresh just not as good as it used to be when they first came out
The chicken taste like it was from the lunch time an tried to sreve it .don't do it , waste it an start some fresh batch ps majority of the time it 'is spot on an the okra.still love this place.
Visited on a Saturday June 11, manager can I just know why a whole biscuit was put in a cup with peach whatever it was supposed to be given us, food including chicken was horrible,really come on. We're from Miami where Church's doesn't exists anymore,we were so disappointed ?
I have been to this location now for the 3rd time. The 2 times prior the restaurant was dirty and unsettling. This time the location was clean, staff were super plesent and the chicken was so hot it burnt my tounge. I am not complaining!! Greedy eats even thought it's to hot!!
The Church's on Fletcher Avenue service was the worse. I ordered an 8 peice mix and I got legs and thighs and 1 wing i only got 7 peices of chicken i order Cole Slaw and i got Mashed potatoes and I didn't even get the biscuits that comes with the meal.
Well damn ! Was sitting in the drive thru for 30mins … then had a couple cars back up so I can go inside .. waited in line for 15 mins …I guess because the Head Boss wasn’t in they was moving like snails !! But my jalapeños was on point ! as usual
placed an order through postmates and instead of giving me what I ordered, they just threw a bunch of chicken in a box and sent it out. I ordered 4 chicken sandwich family meal and it was ruined because you guys don't pay attention. So now, we ha e to get lunch elsewhere because your store couldn't be bothered to fill the order properly. Also, I called 6 times and no one answered the phone. I let the phone ring until it wouldn't ring anymore and not once did someone pick up. Do you have any idea how irritating it is to not get the food you ordered? My kids are livid. Why not pay attention to the orders. I know you get busy, that shouldn't take away from you doing your job and reading the orders and filling them properly
Friendly staff food was hot and tasty
The chicken is good but fully breaded. The clientele is OK. The breaded shrimp is all bread with tiny shrimp. Corn on the cob does not have much taste. Mac and cheese and coleslaw is good. If you don't get a soda or iced tea, you can get an extra side dish.
I loved their biscuits! They are moist and topped with honey. Also the chicken is great tasting, and the fries is very good too.
