Decent food but they were out of honey, hot sauce, straws and who knows what else....guess that's the world we live in these days lol
It took forever to get the order it was not correct had to wait for them to correct it do not recommend this restaurant at all
The chicken used to be good here, but lately the chicken has no flavor at all. Like literally they took thawed chicken out the box, breaded it and deep fried it. Where's the subtle saltiness and the buttermilk soak that makes the meat succulent and tender? Also the biscuits were hard as a rock with very sparse honey butter drizzled over it. I'm very disappointed. Churches chicken traditionally had good chicken, but it will never be able to shake its low quality and sloppy image if it does not better manage its quality control. It also starts with finding a way to find employees that will take pride in what they do, instead of getting people who are not motivated or care to do a good job.
Can I give zero stars because this location deserves negative. They didn’t want to add on a drink at the window they can’t add on she says. 2 different people got on the speaker rushing us for this order nothing comes with a side that’s not mashed potatoes. Alright then. Rude rude people not one person in the drive thru except us. Will never come back here I wish I could drive my truck into the building that’s how rude your employees are to customers who pay to eat so that they have a job
I love churches Chicken I think they're better than KFC and Popeyes. I wish they had one in the Sarasota Bradenton area every time I want some Church's Chicken I have to ride across the skyway or go to Tampa.
I will never visit this location again. The wait was very long. Everybody had really nasty attitudes. They slung my food in a bag like it was trash and handed it to me. By the time I got home I literally had to pick the food out of the bag. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Not worth the visit. The best location in Tampa is on Fletcher Ave. This place is trash. Thank me later.
I've recently started visiting the Church's location after the one on Hillsborough Ave closed down nearly a year ago. The employees here including management are HORRIBLE. They are not friendly and act as if the customers are bothering them. It's almost as if they're robots.They don't exhibit any personality and sense of urgency. They don't greet you or thank you. I've greeted them. first and never get a response.But I can say is that the chicken is always hot and delicious.e
Order a 3 pcs white, I got 4 pcs dark. Called store 4 times, no answer. I then called corporate, saying I would get a call back. 22.00 for a meal I can not eat. I would of gave no star! Never again
They were unfamiliar with their menu...the chicken was cold and old. They OVERcooked it so the breast was only extra crunchy skin and bones. The strawberry lemonade wasted like water. On a good note, my fries were hot and fresh
The service was great ?and the food was fresh and delicious hot overall everything was really good the lady manage the one who always works in the window OMG she's has a really good heart talking to peoples no matter how they come in there if their hungry she feeds them What an absolute pleasure to have her working their she's a God sent person has shine down her will go back again.
