Server was good, but food/drinks had some issues. Hair was in my wife’s salad, and multiple drinks had black floating “objects” likely from the glasses not being cleaned properly. Grilled chicken also didn’t seem like it touched a grill in the back. Chili’s overall really hasn’t done well over the last decade really at any location. Tried to give it a shot today and well…
We love this place. We come every week and always seat in the same place. Our server is Tony and he is amazingly good. He remembers us, and knows what we like all the time. Good food too!!!
We sat next to trash with paper towels all over the floor. The silverware had food on them. Howe ever, our server was great. Extremely sweet and helpful. She assisted with giving plastic silverware and refills with no problems. Our orders were correctly served as well.

Love coming to this Chilli’s location, ordered the 6oz sirloin steak with grilled asparagus and cheeseburger and fries, they were both fresh and delicious. The waitress was always attentive and friendly.Also got a free cheesecake as dessert from the Chilli’s reward program!

Located close to Citrus mall. There is ample areas for parking outside, We went Thursday night and was quite busy probably by 70%. Ordered Nachos, Fajita and Rib-eye steak, overall with a beer ended about 70$. I thought more expensive than before. Paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was not working, out of paper and I noted trash under tables and in the floor that needs better attention.Also assume cleaning tables after clients are gone.Fajita was sizzling hot and Ribeye was somewhat thin and dry, but was crispy outside. Overall reasonable service.??

Great food. Outstanding service. I usually go to the one on Dale Mabry but the service is so bad. This location by the mall is worth the drive. Will definitely be our new dinner spot.
I would eat here again! The service was really fast and the waiters and staff were nice and friendly. The merry berry margarita was good along with the honey chipotle and buffaloes boneless wings and the avocado chicken melt with fries chips and salsa and side salad with bleu cheese. That’s all the stuff we had and it was all very good. Overall loved it will be back!
