dude this place is way better than expected food was awesome and the bartender was great *lea* was great even though they were short staffed.
Ordered and paid with the app. Food pick up window from 7:56-8:01. Checked in with the app when I arrived at 7:59. Someone approached my car in the parking spot at 8:05 and I gave her my name. Proceeded to wait until 8:20…..nothing. Called them. They said “We are understaffed and it’s hard to get out there.” Ok. Got my order at 8:25. Food is COLD. Unacceptable all around. If you’re too busy to take to go orders, don’t take them. Turn it off. I’ll order from somewhere else. If you’re too busy to deliver food, don’t set up a check in system with designated spots and ask me my name and indicate you’ll be right out with my food. It’s 8:42 and I’m back home and heating up my food.
We love this location for the patio seating. I wish they would open it back up it's been closed for months. Otherwise Chili's is great!
Every time I go to Chili's I do not know what to order there is so much great food there I end up staying there too maybe two and a half hours every time because of great company that is there watching the sports on TV. They have very good employees as far as communication they are very receptive and oftentimes really funny. If there is anything I could say about you at least it is that this is definitely my favorite place to dine out their food is excellent and I would give him a five-star any suggest any one of my friends to go there.
I've been here a few times. Its a good place good atmosphere with food and service. Last time I went there didn't have any issues. It was kind of odd that they have a small crew easter Sunday but maybe they had some call outs so I'm not going to complain I know how that is. I always enjoy the food and never had any issues.
This is a nice chilis location. The restaurant, when I arrived was not super crowded and was clean, and well staffed. The service was quick and attentive. I sat at the bar, where the bartender was attentive and quick to help all of her patrons. The food quality was great at this location, and came out hot and tasted good. Will most likely be back to this location again.
Came for a quick lunch meal, waited at the door for 10 minute to be seated with no line. Sat down and waited another 10 minutes for a water after asking twice. No reason to even order food at that point, get your staff together.
In the last month, I have tried to go to this store 2x. Both times, they said 2 hour wait to get seated, but 3/4 of the restaurant was empty. Even the bar was not full. The other Chili's in Citrus park area has been good... Go there, not this place.
Great place to go for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The margaritas were on point (Presidente and Sunset) and the burger with brisket was amazing!! I had no time to take pictures because I was busy eating lol. But the service was great and our server was hilarious. It really was a great experience. Check it out Y'all!!
5 stars due to our amazing waitress Nicole! Food came out incorrectly and not due to Nicole but cooks in back and she made sure to address and fix the issue promptly. Regardless of how busy her area kept getting she continued to check on us and refill our drinks without having to ask. She definitely provides superior customer service even while under high stress. Kudos to her for being amazing to night.
