Thought Id have some ribs from here. Only a handful of people were here when I arrived. It wasnt busy at all. Felt like it was a good idea. Ha! I was told the wait time would be 15 min or less by the elderly hostess lady. That turned into 35 min. Okay whatever it happens. I carry on. Im seated and it takes another 20 min for the server to even make contact. Normally, I would have left by now but I wanted to see how good of a Google review this would turn into. I order a sweet tea. Mind you, the waitress said… i can only take your drink order right now and please be kind to me. That was another red flag. Eventually a manager walks by and asks how everything is. Im laughing inside. She ends up taking the order. I wait another 20 min for the chips and salsa to eventually make it out. Had to get up from the table and request drink refills from the bartender. The food never made it to the table at all. I requested that they put it in a to-go containter. That’s when they say “oh its ready now are you sure?”. Ive been sitting here 2 hours watching this train wreck, im sure. I get home and the food is burnt. Literally burnt black. Please do not come here. Let this place sit with no customers and rot until they are forced to close. Garbage.
Debbie I'm assuming a cook was extremely rude while trying to explain to us that we could not request our meal on a skillet (something we have being doing for over 10 years at that same location) she has zero customer service experience. Said they did not have enough staff nor staff that knew what they were doing to accommodate our request. Stated that chillis will be refusing special instructions and would also reduce their menu because they cant handle the menu they have.
My family loves Chili's and I would normally rate it a 5 star but this location really needs to step up their cleaning processes. The kiosks that they have on every table are filthy. As well as the silverware.
Food was good. Every cleaned thier plate. And the kiddo had the childs Volcano cake. Our server was very nice. And the food was delivered by another person. . All good.

How do you burn a burger beyond recognition and top it with raw bacon and serve it to anyone? Then when the person returns it, no apology, no empathy because I was short on time. Be for real! Chilis is trying to get people sick. Double check your food before you bite into it. They can’t be doing temperature checks with is a major health violation.
My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience at the Hillsborough Chili's. When we arrived off-hours, we were quickly greeted and seated. Our food (ribs and a burger) came quickly and were both delicious.I must mention the quality of the wait staff. Our primary server was Ronnesha and she was excellent: personable, courteous and very knowledgeable about the menu. She checked on us throughout the meal ensuring our needs were met. She was assisted by Henry, who was also polite, efficient and attentive. I spoke to the manager Elizabeth before I left as I was so impressed with the service. She, too, was the epitome of professionalism.All in all, it was a delightful dining experience and I totally recommend this Chili's.
If I could give zero stars, I unfortunately would have. I walked in and asked, who I assumed was the hostess, about a deal Chili's used to provide. She answered very rudely and made me feel like an idiot. After we sat at the table I talked to the manager who was very unapologetic and provided nothing but excuses for her staff. It completely killed my friend and I's mood and we decided to walk out. Will not be giving my business to this company again.
Food is what you would expect from chilis. Pretty good overall. Seems short staffed and we waited quite a while for refills, napkins, food, etc. Got the 2 for 25 (app, 2 entrees, desert).
Couldn't ordered online because the system was not working, called to place the order and had to wait over 10 minutes on the phone. Ordered steak fajitas and when i opened the container there were NOT any fajitas just the steak, with rice and beans. Rice is very spicy, have tons of pepper. Beans were also very spicy. Horrible.
