Complained our beer was flat, asked for another one. This is what they brought out… No carbonation, and it was a bartender taking care of us lol. Her words were “that’s how it’s supposed to be that’s how it came out” she forgot our appetizers so they came out seconds before my cold burger. I’m a huge Chillis fan, won’t come to this one again tho.
I have been to this location many times and have always had a great experience. The servers are nice and attentive, the food comes out very fast, and it is always correct and tastes great. I have also ordered online for to-go orders and the website is very easy to navigate, and the food is ready within ten minutes each time. The best location I have been to for sure.

Had Margarita for our waitress tonight she was very professional knew what we wanted and did a great job. Food was very good not overcook. Will go back again next Thursday for date night. Manager came out to make sure everything was okay he was very pleasant.

The staff is really nice. The food is good. There were only two servers and we had to wait 20 minutes before anyone took our order. Everyone was squeezed in the middle of the restaurant with the outter sections being closed because of lack of staffing.
Update. Decided to give this location another try today and should have went somewhere else. I Order the Bacon Avocado chicken sandwich. Bread was so dry and sat under heat lamp for to long so it came out the bread crumbling when I picked it up. Fries were cold and nasty.My husband got a bowl of chili and it was so thick like paste he couldn't even eat it. Waitress came back and I had only eaten the chicken off the sandwich, I let her know and nothing was done. Wasn't busy at all. Definitely not going back to this Chils. This location has gone down over the years..
They have been around for a long time. Could it be the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Or how about the Shrimp Steak and Chicken Fajitas. Maybe is the Milton Chocolate Cake. I've tried everything and everything is so good. It's never a dull moment for me when I eat here. The staff and the food are always on point. If you have a bad experience you can always talk to the manager calmly and they will comply with you and make it better for the next time you enter the Chilli zone. This is one restaurant that will make sure you've enjoy yourself ?
Once again, the 2 for $29 deal is fab.Service was great.I got charged for an extra drink ($3). I noticed when I returned to my hotel and called back, just to ask if it was valid or a mistake. The manager got on the phone and before I could say a word, he apologized, asked me for my email and sent me a $10 gift certificate as an apology. I kept telling him that it wasn't necessary, but he sent it anyway.I'm back in town and will be returning to the restaurant for dinner.For the money, Chili's ?️ delivers EVERY TIME!
The young blonde bartender was very attentive. The team was working together to keep a clean, well running house. My takeout food was very good. Southwest salad and egg rolls. The bar displays were very barren and displeasing to the eye.
