Ordered curbside pickup and when got there none on the to go spots were available. 2 spots were taken by people who were eating inside but they parked in the to go spots. I called to inform them of that and the lady on the phone didn’t really seem to care. She then tells me just park on the other side a wait cause there short on people but funny thing is right after I got off the phone I just went in to grab my food and got helped right away. Looked like plenty of staff to me. Glad I went in cause my food would of probably been cold by the time they would have brought it to me. I bet those other people are still probably waiting for there food……….smh

We walked in to Chili’s and asked for a table for 5 adults. There were 5 tables seated; tables of 2 except for one that had 3 customers. The server told us it would be about 5 minutes before she could seat us because she was waiting for the other server to arrive. 2 people arrived shortly after and she didn’t acknowledge them while we were there. After about 15 minutes we walked out. She chatted with a coworker for a bit, then cleaned a table and then went to check up on a 2 top. She never came back to update us so we left.
Great food, good service, not too pricey
This is a go to restaurant for my family and I. We've been coming here for 10+ years. The restaurant has stayed updated and clean. The food is always good too. Even through staffing shortages, the staff they do have are friendly and hard working.
The food was fine, and service was pretty fast until we tried to pay our checks. The system kept messing up and the manager waited an hour before coming out and talking with us. He immediately tried to throw our waitress under the bus for the situation. Support the staff more and remove that manager.
LOCATION: HORRIBLE!!!!!....First the Location has no entrance off of the highway and the next exit is one of the busiest in New Tampa that is always about a 10 min minimum turn around.SERVICE: One of the worst experiences we have had in a long time. First the service was slow at 5 pm on Monday, we got no warning that they were short on staff until after we had issues, so don't think that was the problem. Took about an hour for the food to come out freaking lukewarm....got it returned to the kitchenand it was another 30 mins. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Then at the end of the night got charged twice for a meal that was suppose to be reheated. Guess they thought it was a new order no still us. !!!!! Ruined the whole night!FOOD: was a 1.5 at best and that is being positive. Skip this place and go to Longhorne instead. Will definitely not be going back a shame Chili's was my wife's favorite place but they forked that up. They also knew we were both VETERANS because we asked if they had discount at beginning and still got treated like this SMH!!!!!
The manager was truly horrible. Part of my order came out delayed and she was unapologetic and rude. She profiled me and my family and decided we were not worthy of professional service. My husband has been a server for 25 years and we ALWAYS take care of fellow essential workers. Until today I considered myself a regular customer. Chilis has always given me and my family a great experience. This lady is the sole reason I will never patronize this restaurant again and I hope she gets fired. Chilis would be much better off without someone who gives such horrible customer service. ??
As a pescatarian, I will say I really enjoyed the shrimp tacos! The salsa and chips here are so addicting, I almost got full just off of those! Their drinks aren’t too strong or too sweet either. Everything was perfect during our visit! My friend loved her honey-chipotle chicken crispers as well! And the service was 10/10 overall.
Great service. Great food. Great drinks. Not too expensive. Table was clean. Some food was overdone but it wasn't too bad
