Very nice place...cool atmosphere and the chicken salad and pimento cheese sandwiches are fantastic
Ordered a sandwich today and the chicken was very bland so I decided to put a little salt on it. Well thank goodness for that because to my surprise there is not one but two gnats in the middle of my sandwich… How disgusting! So disappointed that I spent $12 and had to throw it in the garbage...
First time trying it and my experience was excellent thanks to Zac who is working there not only he was so informative he took his time to explain to me all the options and answered all my questions patiently I am very happy and definitely will be coming back for more!!!!!
The manager (Gabby) and the owner seem to be the only ones concerned about the customer, at this location. Three times, not one but three times I have had to call and speak with the manager Gabby about my order being inaccurate, even though clearly in the receipt I have indicated what I wanted with my order. And eqch time Gabby located my receipt and said, your right its on the receipt.In one iccassiin the manager on duty basically told me oh well it was on the receipt, so I don't know why they weren't in the bag.Today I called in my order and was quite clear with my request to Janae. I even told her I knew she was not the individual who took the order in the past, but to ensure I receive what I am requesting i reitterated my request. After placing the order Miss Janae the disrespectful employee failed to ensure the phone was completely hung up, before she proceeded to tell her coworker how I freaked out on her about not receiving crackers with my meal are you fricken kidding me and proceeded to ramble on for a good three minutes about me requesting crackers. I waited and listened, then hung up called back to let Miss Disrespectful know I heard every word she told her coworker about me. This location may want to consider better hiring practices and training on how to treat the customers.
We tried this spot for lunch. The croissant was really really gross, I had to get it made on different bread. The buffalo chicken salad was literally 95% Mayo. The service was really wonderful, they need food control and recipe revisions. It wasn’t really edible. Immediately felt ill after a few bites.
love this place! everything is getting too pricey though. 3 scoops to go n a tea was over 14.00 was always 10.29. just would like to see everyone make a statement by NOT raising their prices.
First time, and I will definitely be back. I had the Sassy Scotty and the Dixie Chick. Both were good, Scotty was better of the two. The broccoli and cheese soup was on point, may even be better than I make at home, and not to toot my own horn, my soup is pretty gosh darn incredible.
The food is delicious as always BUT the ladies getting your orders are very snappy, no friendly at all, really bad costumer service. I was scared of them ?
I stopped in to get a sandwich for my boyfriend because I was picking him up from the airport and I knew he wouldn't have eaten the whole day. Even though there was a small crowd, they got the food out quickly and our order was correct. I always love their food, but my boyfriend's a tough critic and he thought it was great as well. We had the Dixie Chick and I forgot the name, but it was the Southern one with sweet pickles. Both were very tasty. I also love their pickles and the cookie that comes with each sandwich.
Dixie chick chicken salad is amazing!! I just wish they would toast their bread more but that’s it, everything else was amazing! Would definitely recommend and I’ll definitely be back.
