This place is amazing when you consider it's the busiest fast food place you have ever seen, but they still managed to get your food out quickly and the quality always seems to be top notch. If you come at Christmas time the lights and decorations are amazing, I've never seen any place do so much.... It's quite a sight! The employees are friendly and helpful and I have never left there unhappy with what I have received.
This Chick-Fil-A is practically a landmark of the community. Been coming here for over 15 years. Many others come here as well, and there are several reasons why:-Great food. Their chicken is delicious, tender, and most. Their lemonade is incredible. Food is never burned, cold, or soggy. Always well prepared.-Fast and accurate service. The line can get pretty long at times, but they do a good job hustling. A line of ten cars has goes by quicker than a line of 2-3 cars at other fast food joints I've been to.-As quick as they are, they are very accurate. More than a decade of service and I can count with one hand the number of mistakes they made with my order.-Hard-working and polite employees. The workers here are always on their game, being attentive and polite and often providing service with a smile. They make you feel welcome.-Clean and well-maintained. The dining area always looks pristine and presentable. You will often see someone doing rounds just to make sure tables are clean.-Festive and a part of the community. You should see this place at Christmas, they go all out with the decorations. They are also active with the community by hosting events on various Holidays. I just saw a promotion where they were inviting kids to plant flowers as part of a Mother's Day event.Can't say enough good things about them. I try to to five-star just any good place, but this location goes above and beyond daily. Truly amazing.

Great owners who giveback to the community.I do wish CFA would bring back the bagel sandwich.I HIGHLY recommend this location and be prepared as it gets very busy. Sometimes you may have to park in the Lowe’s parking lot and walk across!
I went to pick up my customer’s order, as I deliver food for a living, and this restaurant told me that their system did not register the order & therefore, I’d need to cancel it. This was the 2nd time I’ve been to this restaurant & they told me the same thing the first time I went there as well. I didn’t get paid for the first time but was able to talk to my customer service agent, who helped me to at least receive half of my guaranteed payment from the second order. Even the agent tried to call & place the order for my customer & the restaurant still refused to accept the order. The funny thing is, our system shows that the restaurant confirmed the order, but then it magically disappeared. Sure hope they aren’t getting paid for all these orders they’re turning away! There is one nice gentleman that works there that helped me, as I was very frustrated. Everyone else who works there, seemed to not know what to do, what to say to me, or even how to greet me & ask how they can help. I shouldn’t have to get someone’s attention & get them to listen to me, when they’re standing right in front of me, I’m in line, they’re behind the register, they should look up & ask how they can help me. Not the other way around. I love their sauce! But I can get that at the store! Avoiding this location from now on. Unfortunately, other locations around here are in malls or are a walk to get there, so I probably will just avoid Chick-fil-A orders all together from now on.
They have wonderful employees who always seems happy and willing to help. The food is great and the customer service is amazing. I also like how this location has flowers at each table. I always take a picture of them.
okay as far as food and service... of course its great its chic fil a HOWEVER the drive through here is horrendous, they definitely need a better way because you got people cutting you off and skipping the lines. makes me never want to eat there.
Hands down best operator in Tampa! Probably one of the busiest. Always great service with a smile. They make a killer Cobb salad, always fresh!
Drive-thru line gets so long but they get through it surprisingly fast. Food is always fresh and service is great.
This cfa was my main one. I have given it multiple chances (because it's freaking cfa). But they have completely fallen off the wagon. My food has been wrong the last 6 time I've come. I have taken the surveys everytime too. The last two time all my food was soagy and stale. Now with this no refill b....s.... they have added..... it's sad too see. They also seem to just not care when your order is wrong. I let them know once or twice that the order was wrong. And both times they tried to tell me I didn't order what my receipt said I ordered. It was eventually fixed but it was, surprisingly, more of an inconvenience that a joy, which it use to be. (Pic is because they do kill it with the decorations)*literally as I wrote this, at cfa, they messed up my order. The fries were soaky and didn't give me an item I ordered
Chik-fil-A is hands down the best fast food chain in America. The chicken sandwich was definitely created by the man above. The size of the chicken breast is generous. The tenderness never fails. The brine process adds to the amazing taste profile. So juicy and never dry. I’ve tried other chicken sandwiches for fun but nothing comes close to this. Some of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had. Definitely the greatest lemonade of all time. The Waters Ave location runs like a tight Navy ship. Fast wait times and the workers are always courteous. I’ll keep coming again and again!!!
