If I could give zero stars I would. Chicken, both the sandwich and nuggets were barely cooked. Fries been there forever it seemed and same w Mac and cheese. Obviously chic Fila knows what they are doing at most places but I'll never eat at this one again. How hard is it to follow the cooking directions that are the same at every location. Manager need to take notice.
Used a reward for a free delivery for the first time and the app didn't verify the address which I could have alsochecked. Ordered food for delivery at 2:36 (restaurant is 2 mins away) and my food was delivered to the incorrect unit at 4pm. Customer service was terrible to get to a resolution. Wouldn't recommend ordering if you can just go to a location to pick it up unless you're cool with waiting 1.5 hours for fast food.....
Yes Today is Wednesday July 13, 2022... please tell why it is so hard to get an order correct? Most of my order they got correct, however I asked for a LARGE CUP OF ICE!!!!!and what I received was a medium cup of ice.... Can y'all tell me Why I didn't receive my LARGE CUP OF ICE????? I CLEARLY STATED MY ORDER IN PLAIN ENGLISH...I am a current customer, I purchase often here. And I am Not happy with the way things are happening at this place of business. The line wasn't even long, so they weren't overwhelmed...Disappointed
Normally Chick-fil-A is known for its impeccable customer service and quality but that wasn't the case today. I understand that mistakes happen but when multiple shortcomings take place in one visit it's typical for a manager to step in and attempt to make things right. I was disappointed that this wasn't the case today. After watching multiple people receive their orders I checked to see how long I had been waiting on mine. It had been almost 10 minutes and I dismissed it as being busy, but watched multiple guests around me get served. After 20 minutes of watching several vehicles leave the takeout line I decided to go back to the counter to see what the status of my order was. They were polite, but seemed to be in disbelief so I gave them my receipt for validation. I had requested to dine in but was given a take out bag and not even as much as an apology. My daughter's chicken sandwich was chewy, and the fries were cold. Not a good look for this location today. Needless to say I'll be going to PDQ from this point further.
Chick-Fil-A is honestly a really good place to eat, but just some things that are bad about them is that the Chikin sandwiches, or any sandwich is always super soggy and greasy. While we were there, getting a delivery, we saw a woman pull out the straw with her mouth, and hand it to a costumer. Other than that pretty good place, better than McDonald's.
Unfortunately, I rated one star on how the staff addressed a drink that was spilled into my car’s door when I was grabbing my order. The container lip was open, and when I grabbed the drink, the foam cup broke. Yes, most of the beverage landed on my car’s door’s fabric. The staff didn’t even say or do anything. I had to ask for napkins to prevent some of the liquid went into the electrical components of the door. Then, I explained what happened to Andrew, one of the supervisors. He could not provide any solution to clean my car rather than more napkins and another drink—extremely disappointed about my experience with the staff at that moment. I thought Chick-fil-A knew better. I hope that no one has ever experienced such a poor management solution.
This chik fil a has seriously fallen off. I understand that there is a shortage of labor but it took me 30+ minutes to get a milkshake and I went into the restaurant and ordered. Also ordered delivery and it took almost 2 hours and was all stuffed into one bag. The large fries weren’t full and everything was cold.It’s sad to say but we eat chik fil a probably once a week and we will DEFINITELY be taking our business to another location.
Good food. Polite staff.Bathrooms NOT cared for. I told staff the paper towels were out. An hour later, no change.TP completely empty at 1:45pm. I told the staff, and it was not important enough for an immediate fix. With a single toilet, that warrants an immediate fix.Update: 45 minutes later (2:30pm), and still no TP in the men’s room.
This Chick Fil A is slowly declining with its service and quality of food. I have lived in south Tampa for about 6 years now and have been a regular at this restaurant for some time. There was a time where you would get exactly what you expected from this place, there was great and speedy service. However lately I’ve noticed a trend. On multiple occasions I have ordered curbside to go and have noticed neglectful service. Orders have taken up to 20 minutes to be delivered curbside after checking in on the mobile app. Fries have been old, sandwiches soggy, did not receive full order, and the worst offense (2 times in a row) I have received a fully melted frosted coffee. I don’t know what has happened with the staff of this place but it is quickly becoming a Burger King. I don’t know if it is just the curbside orders that they are neglecting but I think from now on I’ll be taking my business to PDQ up the road. It’d be worth it at this point to drive 10 more minutes than keep getting this awful service. I am not usually one to write a review and when I do it’s for positivity. But this trend has kind of put a bad taste in my mouth and I hope that addressing it here helps get the problems addressed at the restaurant.
The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a chicken burrito and the lady at the window simply told me they don’t have my order and she can offer a refund. Not to mention I sat in the line for 15 min just to be told we’re not gonna make your food. I was offered a refund or a chicken sandwich for lunch, when I was trying to get breakfast. Stay away!!
