Skye was rude didn’t even make my drink didn’t give me my correct order I asked for a large she charged me for a medium Skye was also shaking the receipt in my face when I was removing my card I will come back to this one when Skye is no longer there
Not looking for the legendary good customer service here but a minimum . 3 days is a row I have come and 3 days cashier Skye. No greeting, no thank you no nothing . The minimum robotic interaction . The she got the order wrong and the preparer even the sauces wrong. Food is good but too much hassle for a simple lunch
You haven’t truly experienced heaven on earth, until you’ve lathered 2 packs of chick fil a sauce on a sammy. A sandwich like this could awake me from a coma. I am honored and grateful to share this exquisite experience with my fellow chick fil a enthusiast. I am in pure bliss, and shock of what beautiful flavors just melted on my pallet. They ran out of chocolate sauce and instead of waiting until it was replaced the young lady made mine without enough sauce. When I said I didn't want it I'd take a frozen lemonade instead, they didn't have that either so I waited for them to restock. When they did they not only made me wait while others who came after me got their chocolate shakes before me and they were made correctly. She purposely made mine the same as before. When I said I didn't want it 3 other crew members tried to convince me that is how it should look. If they spent more time restocking and servicing customers instead of inthe corners on cell phones I would not have had to ask for my money back. This store does employees NOT represent the Chick-fil-A brand well...
Really delicious fries! Recommend them with barbeque sauce!
Purchased 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, one with mayo and one with honey mustard BBQ sauce both in packets on the side. Both were terrible as they had a very distinctive off taste that was not at all to our liking. The line was excessively long and we didn't have time to wait so over half of each sandwich went in the trash! Believe either the oil on the grill or the ingredients were bad but either way won't return. This was definitely not up to Chik-fil-a standards!

I have never had a bad experience...but a little disappointed!!! I work in the same building and asked a manager if one of the employees could bring it down instead of ordering Uber eats...and that way their employee would get the tip...but I was told no ..so Uber eats gets it....smh that's a shame...
