Had the best experience 7/14 , the gentleman at the register Travis greeted my family and I with a warm smile welcoming us to this establishment . Ordering was easy and Travis held a great conversation while filling my drink order . Thank you so much for the great service ! We will definitely make the drive again.

We have been dining in Chik fil A all over Florida and we always received excellent service fast and efficient except for this one. Poor service, poor listening skills, asked for Chicken strips non spicy and got the spicy. My kids can’t eat spicy foods! The attendant Brianie didn’t mention that it’s not available and my hubby didn’t get the fries that comes with a meal sandwich. Well guess not all Chik fil A the same then, this one broke the record in having excellent dining experience. When we complained the manager said this is a franchise store thus it’s different do we really need to know this?! However I would like to give 5 stars for the best team member and most engaged in the store, her name is Latanya! She’s anticipating what we need, very helpful and friendly service. Thanks Latanya! :)

I ordered a fruit cup and a peach milkshake easy enough ppl I drove with were in a hurry. 18 minutes and they forget to put the cherry in the shake I inquired twice about the shake they said it's coming right up it sat on a table for 4 minutes before I asked for a manager i just wanted my money back at this point .And I heard the worker say I already made it. Just Ridiculous.

Unless you want to wait 45 min for your food, don’t come to this location. Customer service here sucks to.

Amazing restaurant, delicious food, friendly staff. Everything a Chick-Fil-A is expected to be. Very clean as well. Even tho sometimes the wait is a bit long, they provide the best service the can.

The past 2 times I have visited, when i got home 1 item was missing. When i called they said i would have to come back to the store to get the item. I had already waited in line the first time for 20 minutes. I am apologizing to the other patrons, but if i ever go back i will be cheching my bag at the window. I only gave it a 3 cuz the food i got was good, otherwise a Zero.

Very clean and great food. I just hope the young man whom had a medical episode is doing better. I noticed he was acting odd and suddenly I am yelling "call 911" My best friend and I did all we could and pray he is well.

I ask for a cob salad, and they give me a completely different salad.. but the funny thing is that on top of the salad container it’s said cobsld, and even like that they still giving me the wrong salad ? never coming back to this place.

Went in today to pick up a call-ahead order to feed my kiddo's class, and I have to say that this was the best customer service I've received in a fast food joint in a very long time. Receipt says that the gentleman's name who helped me was Art Grossman -- he was just a pleasure and offered me more than I asked for. Never thought I'd take the time to review a fast food restaurant like this, but they truly went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional.

Ordered ice cream. They never took our name. We used reward points for our purchase. Waited in line for 20 minutes. First they couldn’t find our order / name (that they never took). Then they were out of ice cream. No excuse or reasoning for why they took our order / money for a product that did not exist. No refund, no receipt, no “my pleasure,” no nothing. Worst Chick-fil-A experience we have ever had at any location.
