This location and the Brandon location have lost all my confidence in ever receiving a correct order. Ordered 2 chicken biscuits (one with egg and cheese, one without) and an iced coffee. I was originally handed the incorrect drink and they went back and made an original iced coffee for me…which was also incorrectly made. Somehow they managed to custom make my order with a chicken egg and cheese muffin? The order was entered correctly and then the kitchen just made whatever they wanted. At least the food tasted good. I threw out the coffee. I absolutely won’t order here again. 3 strikes in a row…

Always and every time at every location greeted quickly and with a smile waited on immediately. Food was ready and in my hand in less than 1 minute, hot fresh and as ordered. I always walk in for my meal as it's so quick and easy to get in and out. Chick-fil-A has excellence in customer service and satisfaction down to a science, and it's presence exists company wide and well practiced by each and every employee. Courteous people, very clean store with plenty of room, fresh food prepared and quickly served.

The Tampa Stadium restaurant is your worst restaurant. The franchisee is doing a terrible job upholding brand standards, and I highly recommend a thorough investigation immediately. I waited 45 minutes for my order. At the 30-minute mark, I was informed by the staff that nothing was available but grilled chicken. I had ordered 8 original nuggets; however, I informed the staff that grilled nuggets would suffice. I just got home with my order, and I have a regular chicken sandwich. Not to mention, my fries are burnt and cold. Last week, I visited this same restaurant and the service was also lackluster. I waited 30 minutes for my food with little to no updates from the staff. Unacceptable service, and certainly not a pleasurable experience.

The drive thru is always busy. I know Chick-Fil-A can’t do anything about that. And the people that are waiting in line are usually not patient out nice (maybe in a hurry). They are sometimes out of something I really want like Mac and cheese or soup. I’ve been through the drive thru and curbside. Not my favorite Chick-fil-a.

Spent 30 minutes here waiting for soup apparently. Parked me, but didn’t tell me anything. I went inside and my sandwich was sitting there so it wasn’t exactly warm. I had received a text that it was ready 10 minutes before but it was not. Was late for a meeting. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This location needs to do better with getting people through the line faster! It's feeling a lot like McDonald's/Popeyes with the wait time. Was in line by 10:15 AM for breakfast, had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to be told no exceptions could be made for breakfast options despite me being there before time. Then waited until 11 AM to receive my food. I'll stick to the S. Dale Mabry location from now on

Just when I thought drive thru was too slow, pick-up is no better. I ordered through the app, waited 30+ minutes until I started to wonder if they lost my order in the chaos. I think they probably did because after I finally stepped up and said something, I got my order shortly after. That is completely ridiculous as I had a very simple order and many waited just as long for even less. Completely ridiculous. This location obviously does not have the bandwidth for its demand. Wait times are huge no matter what.

I have never had worst service at a chick fil a in my life. I stood at the register for at least 3 minutes with no greeting listening to team members complain about there job and complain about other team members. The girl who was on the drink station next to the register did not acknowledge me until I asked if they were going to take my order. Another customer in line behind me also mentioned how that was the worst service they have ever received. No sense of urgency. No hospitality. Good thing the company sells good chicken because I definitely did not go for the service.

This is the 2nd time we have visited this particular Chick-fil-A. It is horribly managed. We waited, both times, well over 30 - 40 minutes to get our “fast food” for indoor dining. We will not return again, sadly.

Besides the 20 min wait for our dine in order we got a surprise with hair in a biscuit and all carbonated sprite (no syrup). Should have left when I walked in and saw a dozen people waiting for their food. People who ordered after us got their food first. Mgmt is clueless as to how to run a restaurant. Now I know why people were ordering there food ahead. Not sure how they handle the issue of their food having hair in it or bad beverages. Parking lot was littered with trash. Traffic getting in and out of the parking lot was a joke, 10 cars waiting to get in blocking traffic.
