Twice I have been to this location and I have had to go inside from the drive thru to have them remake my food. This time was the most disappointing because of Jennifer. My advice to Jennifer is if you charge .30 cents up for extra cheese please make sure the order is correct. I did a mobile order with grilled chicken no corn, no egg and extra cheese and the only thing they did correctly is CHARGE me for extra cheese.
Used to love coming to this chick fil a especially since it's the closest one near me. Now the staff is starting to get rude and the customer service is going downhill. You can hear them making fun of customers behind the counter and in the drive thru while you're waiting for your food.
This location does not live up to the chick fil a experience everyone is used to. I ordered 1 breakfast chicken biscuit and 1 chicken egg and cheese biscuit. Instead they gave me 2 chicken egg and cheese biscuits. I went inside to correct my order at 10:50 am and they said they couldn’t because they aren’t serving breakfast anymore. But in this case there should be an exception since they are the ones that got my order wrong and I was already waiting too long for my order to come out.On top of all this the customer service was poor.
Had the unfortunate experience of going to this facility on 3/25 around 7pm. The double lane drive through is backed up next door into world of beer parking lot. The line inside is long.One booth was taken up with the vacuum.The rest room was in severe disarray.Former employees visiting behind the counter.All said. I won’t be returning to this store.
At first I had it all wrong about this location and it caused me to have a false assumption about the place. Today I decided to give it another go for dinner and they did an outstanding job. The person at the register was great and well mannered and got my drinks in a good timely manner. Also my food didn't take long to be delivered as well and the guy who delivered it did an excellent job with a real smile as well. It's sad to say but you don't see to many smiles in this area and his bright smile lit up half of Fowler and his new beard he didn't have the last time I visited this location. But anyway I feel this location is getting stronger every day especially with the tough crowd they have to serve every day of the week but Sunday. And I highly respect that about chic fa lay because not every place of business finds it important to give at least one of your 7 day week to God ? and this store will be blessed and it is also blessed in many ways it's up to you to see it
Went to this location on Friday, 4/15/2022 at 7:00 p.m. It was extremely busy. My first-time there since changing the second lane. To "mobile orders only". I made the mistake of getting into that particular lane. I was advised by a young man that "they were not allowed to take orders via the mobile line. I would need to quickly make an mobile order via the app". All this, as I was parked next to the "Mobile App Scanner". He than, proceeded to walk away from my car. And, off into the restaurant. I sat in that line for another 10 mins. Don't make the same mistake I did!
Today I am very disappointed with this location. There’s 2 lines for Drive-through. I didn’t realize one of the lines was for mobile orders only. (Which I was not aware) because other locations that I’ve been to doesn’t have that feature. So once I realized what I did, I asked the guy who was placing orders in the other line if he could take my order due to my mistake. Do you know he would not place my order, stated he was not allowed to. Mind you I couldn’t just pull off, I had to wait in the line in order to exit. First time ever being disappointed by this company.
Not a great location to go to if you’re looking for the chick-fil-a signature service they’re known for. When we walked in, the trash cans were overflowing like I’ve never seen before. Someone had spilled a milkshake on the floor and it took them more than long enough to have someone mop it up, even after a few customers that walked in mentioned it to the employees. Weekends are definitely busy, but at least put a wet floor sign. We waited for about 15 minutes for our food and when we went up to ask about it, a response from an employee was “everyone is waiting”. Not an efficient location compared to the other locations around it.
We moved down the street from this location right before Covid, and honestly we really didn’t frequent it very often due to the insanely long drive-thru lines. The food was always top-notch and every single employee has been nothing short of amazing, it was just hard to justify sitting that long in the drive-thru.Since they started implementing the express drive-through lane, I’ve been stopping by twice a week at a minimum! It makes the process so much smoother! I hope they implement this at every location.
Awful restaurant. Worst CFA I have been to.
