Sat in line for nearly 30 minutes..I get it, you’re busy and clearly understaffed. Was told to pull into a spot and the food would be out shortly. Waited another 15 minutes. Ok fine, grab a French fry and it’s cold though..terrible service and quality of food for the wait time. Ask the girl politely if something was wrong tonight and she said we’re just busy.Sounds to me like management is managing when you wait nearly 45 minutes for cold food. Really disappointed in you tonight chick fil a..you dropped the ball.

Always impressed with service, speediness and quality of food at chick fila but this particular location needs an operational facelift. The iPad runners outside taking orders seemed very confused, nobody took our payment until we go to the pickup window despite us trying to ask to pay. Hopefully this was a one time thing but worst location we’ve ever visited.
This is the first time we go to this restaurant branch number 00694. We arrived (party of three) at 8:45pm to dine. We ordered our food and sat down. A very rude lady who was mopping and cleaning told us that in store dining ends at 9 pm and that we have only 8 mins to eat and leave. They actually brought our order in to go/carry bags although we ordered as dine in!! That is absolutely no way to treat a customer!...Since we arrived before the dine-in closing time at least let us know before ordering that we can't sit inside or simply accommodate us to enjoy our meal...This same lady was also mopping the floor as I was on my way to the rest room and I said I'm sorry as I had to walk over where she mopped. She rudely replied "no you're not!" At first I thought she was joking so I apologized again and said "I really am sorry" and she rudely replied again "No you're not!"...We complained to the manager who simply reiterated the store policy without even an apology!!Fair to say we will not be going to this store ever again!
I’ve never had them mess up my order 3x at once I ordered a Spicy Chicken deluxe meal. By the time I reached the window they canceled my order didn’t even have the order correct. They charged me a 2nd time for the spicy chicken deluxe meal and it wasn’t even the correct sandwich they gave me. I didn’t have time to loop back due to needing to be at work. I really hope they refund the first charge or both!
I've never been treated so rudely before.... my order was all messed up and then I was given an attitude about it... and given the worst looking ice cream cone ever ?
Usually my Chick-fil-A experiences are always 10/10 but this one I've been to a couple times and the fries seem old or soggy. Everything else is still good though.
Great delicious food , EXCELLENT service ,Ordering on App is a quick and easy process.Best fast food period!P.S. If you are using the drive thru stop at the STOP sign! dont block the people that are leaving the drive thru.
It’s chic fila.. has to be the most consistent fast food chain. Food is always good and served quickly even if you’re 20th in line.
I received a bloody chicken nugget about 2 weeks ago. They have not refunded my money as they said they would neither have they responded to email. This isn’t the first time that I’ve received half cooked food. But BLOODY FOOD, that’s way off base. I gave the pictures and provided those pics in the email. I expected way more from them and definitely a better response. The first pic is about 10 minutes after biting into it. The 2nd pics was taken the next day. I still have the nugget.
