Love the food. Just wish this new lady didn't rob 50 cents from me. I can do math and add taxes. Peace and live the food is great. Don't wanna be robbed for 50cents or no money. She didn't know english. Anywho there's the good bad ugly

When they started their pinchos were huge and juicy and delicious, today the pinchos were small warm and they also getting pricy! It’s a shame how money can change a business once you start growing you start getting greedy and start over charging and the quality becomes poor ?. Very disappointed!!!!
Never eat there food again. This place makes the worse steak and rice and they are over priced. 20.00 each dinner plate. The steak looks like it was just taken out the package and put to cook no seasoning bo salt nothing The only food item worth buying are the pork pinchos. Sad to say my dogs had a 55.00 dinner tonight.
I really like their kabobs mainly chicken with barbecue sauce. Also the tostones with fried pork. Let’s not forget about the alcapurias my husband loves them.
Went today to Chelos and was disappointed when I got home to eat my pernil (roast pork) and arroz con gandules. No seasoning whatsoever. Sorry but this dish gets a rating of 1 out of 5 (5 being great). The pork had absolutely no flavor it was awful and the rice had very little seasoning. So disappointed. Now the mofongo with shrimp that I give a 4 out of 5. The garlic sauce was flavorful and the shrimp were done perfect the mofongo was slightly hard but eatable otherwise they would have received a 5.And yes I am Puerto Rican and I do make these dishes at home and had them in other truck stop/restaurants, so I do know what I’m talking about. Just a little constructive criticism so they can correct and improve on their pernil. Wishing them all the best.

9/10 FOOOOD, vibe, music and people IS AMAZING!!! Only thing is the wait took over 38 mins for a one person order (I stopped looking) shortly after I got my food though. Let me add they do have ENGLISH MENUS !!!!

Chelo’s Pinchos has delicious Puerto Rican food, the alcapurrias and carne frita were on point. The Pina colada is a must have. Staff are so nice and welcoming, we met Chelo the owner and he took the time to speak to say hello.
