Went to the mall today with my wife and kids and we decided to eat here for lunch and was a big mistake. I ordered a regular Philly steak sandwich meal no mushrooms and no peppers. I received my meal and it had tomato and lettuce which does not come on this sandwich. I returned back and let them know and they said well take care of it I stood off to the side and watched the guys scrape off the lettuce and tomato put the meat back into a new roll and put it back in the box. I open it and there was still lettuce mixed in the meat absolutely unacceptable! If I wasn't extremely hungry at the time I would have made it very clear the issues at hand. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Friendly staff and good food. Could be a tad less expensive
Placed my order, paid for it, but couldn't find their location. Tried calling at least a dozen times and no one answered. Now they're closed, they get to keep my money and I didn't even get my food. I'm not happy.
Said on maps would be open to 9pm. Was closed at 8pm. Place is trash
Charleys Cheesesteaks at WestShore Plaza in Tampa is a well managed Charley's location that has delicious and well made cheesesteaks and fries. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at getting everything together quickly when you are on the move. I have enjoyed all of the orders that I have made from here.
Not the best but quick in and out brunch will do good!!
Tried a new sandwich (other than Philly Cheesesteak)....Turkey Cheddar Melt. ??
NOT Philly steaks. They use provolone...and bad quality provolone at that. It's also in a food court.

I’m so glad to have a Charleys so close to me again! The new staff has made it very enjoyable, Yasmine was a great help to me! The food was amazing & her service was a cherry on top :)
