We were greeted and seated right away. The server, Richard was energetic, extremely solicitous and definitely on his game. He kept the beverage glasses full and made sure we all had absolutely everything we needed. Great experience.
Great steaks as always! The wagyu steak and porterhouse are the two best. Thanks.
Always a pleasure to dine here however the wallet must be full! Cheers
The entire staff was great! Michael our waiter was the best! He knew his stuff. The food was GREAT! We were celebrating our 27th Anniversary and the complimentary meatballs and ice cream were a surprise! The meatballs need to be on the menu. They tasted so good. I worked love to have them as a meal. Thank you for making our night great!
Outstanding food and service. It keeps getting better. A fantastic place to go to "dine" and enjoy one's company.
Wonderful food and service. Will return when back in Tampa. Wish we had one closer to home.
We had the best time and the most delicious food! We will be back!!
The regular fillet mignon was tough..had to send it back. Everything else was great.
The positive was our server Dakota; he was awesome! He was friendly, efficient and made us feel welcome! Otherwise where do I start? We hadnât been back since before the pandemic so were really looking forward to our dinner at Charleyâs. I should have read the reviews since I now see some of the same issues we had. Sadly the only decent food was the bread and the dessert! The bacon wrapped scallops were gross with the scallops slimy and gelatinous and the bacon was barely cooked; our salads were literally drowning in dressing (pools of it on the lettuce) with wilted scuzzy looking lettuce; the crab cakes had potential but apparently were grilled or smoked as that flavoring overtook the crab flavor leaving little that tasted like crab; the mushrooms and broccoli sides were ok but such massive portions that were enough to feed a family of six, way overkill and such waste. The one thing we have always loved at Charleyâs is the cauliflower; it was just ok. On top of that, apparently no one checks the salt; it was totally clumped from dampness or moisture so we had to unscrew the lid, pour clumps in our hands and try to sprinkle on our food. We will never eat there again!
Honestly, NY strips I purchase at Samâs and grill myself are better quality cut of meat than the $60 porterhouse we were served last night. Steak was cooked correctly but was tough and chewy.
