this spot is timeless. come here for a nice step back to some good times growing up.pizza was great, the cashier guy is cool, and the tables are awesome. very unique. this is our SPOT now!
We forgot to leave a tip & told we weren't allowed back?!& a cash only restaurant in 2022? That alone is a 1 star honestly...The food is decent, it's overpriced (especially the toppings at $2.50-$5 Per Topping) compared to other restaurants & you'll only be coming here for the aesthetics which are cool for a one time visit. I'd recommend Grimaldi's Pizzeria (which is a decent 3/4 star with way tastier food and a lot more options) or even Mellow Mushroom which is alright in it's own right.So the main reason for this review is that the only waitress there got upset that we didn't leave a tip; (which on a level I'd understand), but you don't come up to us as we're about to leave and tell us we're not welcomed back for not tipping. Me & My friend (out of the group of 3) ate, but we forgot to tip at the table cause they had us both on the same check and we got distracted breaking up the change & talking.I'd love to go back & talk to the waitress personally, hopefully the poor girl isn't struggling to the point where she depends solely on tips (since it's a smaller chain and should be offering living wages, just my opinion). We would've tipped & honestly did forget this time around, but with how insane the situation was that she came up to us and told us we weren't welcomed back, she deserves to atleast get cursed out, but hey that's just me.Go to a different Cappy's or different chain entirely; not worth the money or visiting for the food quality at this location at least.
Stayed at an Airbnb just a couple minute walk away. We did all kinds of things on this vaca & this was my FAVORITE! Straight good atmosphere & food with a friendly staff…aaannndddd PAC-MAN!!!
The food was good. The service was horrible. First off, he the manager kept tossing things, such as the menu. Then he charged us $20 extra. When we tell him he overcharged us, he runs and get this calculator and slams it on our table and aggressively punching the numbers, he realized he was wrong. He didn't apologize, didn't wait to get the money. He claims he was busy, but he talked to every table but the ours. It was so much dust in the Window. He was HORRIBLE and he suppose to be a manager. Maybe it was our skin color. He smiled with everyone except us. $62.89 is what he tried to charge us. So sad, because the pizza was good.
Finally tried Cappy's after moving in the neighborhood 4 months ago and boy I've been missing out! I kept it simple with a large pepperoni NY Style pizza for carry-out. Crispy crust, lots of cheese and very well seasoned and baked. I will be back over and over again!*Just wish you were open longer and or different times ?
pretty good pizza but it was definitely pricey, unfortunately our service was terrible. The waitress barely said a word to us. We endedup having to get up to find someone to ask for refills while we saw our server eating in the kitchen. I wouldn’t go back!

Horrible experience. Server was incompetent and unapologetic. Food runner was rude and hostile. The staff did everything possible to make last visit unpleasant. Food is good so I will go back, but not until the unpleasant taste of the service fades.
