I've always thought of the Bay to Bay location as the best, but I have to give it to the Tampa Palms location.Friendly and prompt service. Our order was perfect and not fussy. Not only did out waiter come to check on us, but so did the manager.The pizza was everything I'd expect of a cappy's pizza and arguably the best I've had, although the food is reliably very good whenever I go.The only downside was a really loud party a few tables away combined with the really high ceilings seemed to make a loud group really loud! No complaint against the store, just an observation for informational purposes.Also, they accept cards so I didn't get nailed by the ATM machine!Highly recommended!
I tried this once before and found the pizza very average, but when I. Took someone else yesterday I couldn’t even get that far due to terrible service and surly people. We were greeted by an aggressive tone, shown to a table and given a menu, and then nothing happened. Five minutes, ten, fifteen, twenty… several times we asked for service and were told somebody would come, but they never did. Meanwhile four people sat at the table next to us, got their menus, ordered their food, and were serviced, while we just waited. Asking for help did not accomplish anything, and when we finally complained that we were not getting any service, the response was just sarcasm and an invitation to leave. We finally gave up and went to one of our go-to local pizzerias - Bavaros on Central - and had an excellent meal with excellent service in a far better setting. We won’t be back to Crappy’s.

Very good. They have both New York and Chicago style. Recommend the meatballs. Salads are great too.
Enjoyed the pepperoni and bacon most (the bacon bits were nice) the chicken and pineapple was odd, but so was my companion's decision to get it. Service was very good. A bit slow to receive, but I don't complain when the food comes out hot.(it seemed takeout orders were a priority) half the staff were wearing masks.
It is the best Chicago Style Deep Dish I have had to date!! Service was phenomenal. I have taken out my order and enjoyed the sidewalk cafe as well. ??☺️☺️
Service is fast and servers are kind and communicative. The decor is a huge highlight, and the music selection is primo. Food is pretty good, too. Overall pleasant experience. Would definitely go again.

Delicious! We tried a Chicago style and a New York style...both were excellent! Perfect tangy tomato sauce with plentv of cheese and toppings. Will definitely get Cappys pizza again!
The best pizza in Tampa. Our standard order is a cesar salad and a Chicago deep dish Cappy. We've been going to Cappy's (various Tampa locations) for 20 years now. Love it!
