The food is wonderful! Chicken is crispy and juicy. The fries is well seasoning. The service is good as well. It takes around 10 minutes for my order to be done. Sue helps me a lot in choosing a right sauce for my meal.
I ordered some food to go and when I arrived, the food took almost 15 minutes longer than the supposed pick up time. I ordered a chocolate milkshake, 2 hamburgers, and some fries. The lady who was working the cash register and made the chocolate milkshake acted like i was bothering her by being there and put the tiniest amount of chocolate in it and mixed it for maybe 5 seconds before she handed it to me and it was completely white and tasted like nothing but vanilla. The 2 hamburgers were ice cold and were so dry, chewy, and flavorless they were like hockey pucks. The staff didn’t seem to care at all and were perfectly fine serving sub par food. I’ve been to other Burger Fi locations before and they were all delicious, but this particular location completely missed the mark. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
If you've ever been to a high school football game and had a hamburger cook by a volunteer band dad from frozen institutionall food, you've had a BurgerFi.An unseasoned party too small to fit the bun, a single piece of lettuce and a quarter-sized stain of special sauce made up my entire burger.I soaked through two napkins with the grease off one onion ring.They want you to believe that they're forward thinking and socially responsible, but they apparently don't pay well, since they 'suggest' an 18% tip for counter service. We still had to wipe off our own table before we ate, despite there only being three parties in the dining room.Hard pass.
Burger was very good…fresh and flavorful! The home-cut fries were well seasoned and cooked to perfection! The customer service is also very good…Sue was awesome!
It was okay. I didn’t care for the wait. After ordering, it took a good 20-30 minutes for me to start eating and they weren’t really that busy. The onion rings were delicious but the fries were in the cooler side and the cheese on my burger wasn’t even melted. For $22, the food could have been presented to me warmer than it was. Still, it was tasty but as a BurgerFi customer, the location on Little Road in New Port Richey is better than this location.
We have been there 3 separate times now and this will be our new burger joint. Although it's a bit on the expensive side for a family of 4 depending on what you get, if a great burger or chicken sandwich is what you are craving, this is the spot for you. My only other knock on the place besides the price, is the service. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, but the two times I've been in the restaurant (I ordered once through UberEats) the person taking my order has seemed a little confused. Most of the staff seemed the same way. They certainly aren't rude by any means. It just seems like I'm talking to my own confused teenager at home. Go and get yourself a good burger or chicken sandwich from this spot. It's worth it.
Awesome burgers and service. Jay the manager is a great leader. He helped me with issues on one order then was a great help on a second order. He didn’t have to help and could have been like many leaders and left things alone. The team today at 1:30 had great quality food and fried where some of the best fries we’ve eaten. Thank you!
Great burgers! Their fries are amazing!! Onion rings are huge. Ohh and boy oh boy their ranch dipping sauce is homemade. Plan on sharing the fries. The servings are huge. But some of the best fries I have ever had.
I can't believe how great my meal was! The bacon cheeseburger was hot, juicy, loaded with freshly cooked bacon, and the bread was toasted perfect! And you can order a medium fry that will easily serve 2 people -- and they were fresh out of the deep frier. My wife and I topped our meal with a banana churro milk shake that was out of this world delish! Honestly, it was that good. I was expecting something decent and ended up with maybe the BEST hamburger meal I've had in a very long time. Lastly, the place was clean and staff very welcoming. I hope this place keeps their consistency, because if they do they will never lack for business! I can't wait to return,. Signed, VERY happy!
Im going to be honest . Coming from a person that critique food … the burger was delicious my wife’s chicken sandwich also delicious fries were ok. Now for the reason why I didn’t give 5 stars. I had expectations of this place and just like anywhere else they forgot my sons apple sauce and I wasn’t trying to go back for apple sauce. So for the fries I decided to go with chilli and cheese . The good touch was when I opened the bag and the cheese and chilli were in containers . Big plus but the chilli tasted weird fries were crispy … there was no wait so I got my food fairly quick . Would I eat here again the answer to that is NO! My personal reason is I wouldn’t want to pay $38.09 again because the ring everything up separately 2 drinks burger with cheese my sons burger from the kids menu “apple sauce” chicken sandwich and fries with chilli and cheese . Let’s round up to $40
