Spicy chicken sandwich is awesome. Love the parm & herb fries. Bacon cheeseburgers are always great
BurgerFi burgers are amazing, when they are not oversalted and not missing any extra ingredients that we paid for.We also love their soda machine with all the possible tastes. Great stuff!They also sometimes forget to put sauces, so make sure you check your order before leaving.
Omg! What a good burger! Some might think it's pricey but for the quality of food it's priced perfectly. The onion rings are goodt! Like you don't even need a dipping sauce. I'm not sure what sauce was used on the loaded fries & onion ring but good gawd, perfect flavourful touch! Conveniently located at the entrance of Sparkman Wharf sitting inside or outside is an option. It wasn't to packed when we were there so service was fast and freshly made to order.
My group of 17 stopped in for a quick bite after the aquarium. The staff was very friendly, especially the manager. They had our order correct and done quickly, and still kept serving the other diners coming in. Highly recommend. The food was delicious and fries are cut as needed, not frozen.
Chrissy and the staff was amazing, her personality and helpful attitude so sweet. The FOOD! The fries are real potatoes, no grease in anything. Burger melts in your mouth, onion rings best on planet...the chicken fingers OMG, this place and the sauces...Had a shake...in love...can't go to another burger joint, they ruined us.

I'm a big Burgerfi fan because they offer Beyond Meat and Green style, but this location needs some attention. My past 3 visits have been similar, with the fries being over cooked and the green style being only a few pieces of lettuce instead of the green "bun" other locations make. Maybe it's a supply issue? I guess, but maybe inform us when we're ordering if you're low on lettuce.And, to echo what others have said the staff at this location is unfriendly and seemingly bothered to be there, especially a girl who's at the cash register usually in the evenings on Friday/Saturday. Our last visit I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived I stood at the pickup location for probably 10 minutes and have never seen someone avoid eye contact so hard the way she did that night. Someone from the kitchen finally asked how they could help and wouldn't you know my order had been sitting behind her the entire time. So, cold over cooked "truffle" fries and 2 pieces of lettuce for the green style while you avoided eye contact. Neat.4/16/22 update: I contacted them on 4/15 via the form they listed in response. I’ll update if/when they email me.
I decided to try this place on a whim, honestly not expecting much and thinking it would be just an average burger. I was wrong.I ordered the BurgerFi burger as-is with cheese and an Oreo custard shake. The burger was unreal - one of the best I've ever had from a fast food restaurant, maybe even a normal sit-down restaurant. The two parties were cooked perfectly - juicy, tender, and packed with great flavor. The tomato, lettuce, and sauce were icing on the cake.
Literally were out of both Waygu meat and ice cream. Disappointing when such a popular location at spark man’s wharf cannot stock half their menu.How about you take in your signs and don’t advertise what you don’t have.
Mmmmm. Good. Best burger I think I have ever had. Super fresh soft buns ..burger cooked to perfection..not red not burned just delicious. Plentiful yummy fries too.
