This location was definitely not up to their standards. The bun was stale. The bottom of the bun was literally hard. The burger was dry and overcooked. The fries were cold and I ate right next to the restaurant so it was not like I traveled with my meal. The staff was very friendly but if I am going to pay over $15 for a burger then it had better be a good one. I am very disappointed. I thought this location was here to introduce folks not from Tampa Bay about the Burger 21 brand. Definitely an epic fail.
Decent Angus beef burgers (for the airport). There was a wait for food but the line moved efficiently. Associates were new and willing to help.
First off, my fiance makes me try all kinds of food. The breakfast burrito was better then any breakfast place I have personally been too. I was quite surprised to find a breakfast burrito at a burger place but I would highly recommend it. Makes my mount Rushmore of breakfast items. Would ask for a few bites on my death row as well. Unreal.
just be prepared to miss your flight waiting for it. Wait for about 20 minutes in line to tell us they run out of burgers ,wow,very rude employees, not recommended AT ALL ?
The breakfast burrito was delicious and didn’t make me miss my flight. Highly recommend this over waiting 45 minutes for cfa or starbs
Horrible burritos and coffee. They are understaffed but that doesn’t explain the awful food churn out. Nice people trying to serve is what the star is for.
Expensive, cheap wine. The impossible burger was dry, tasteless, and stingy on tomatoes and onions. I make impossibles all the time and is hard to mess them up. As always, airport food disappoints.
The breakfast burrito came like this. I think they just gave up trying to wrap it, put the attempt at a wrap in a container, and just sent it.\\n\\nAlso no silverware was included, so my hands are about to get real messy trying to eat this.

Unfortunately I noticed chunks of blue cheese all over my sandwich.\\n✔️Cashier unsure of the cost of additional items. Please know your product!
