First visit: used $5 coupon. Cheesy burger, medium cooked:$7.49. Cheesy bacon burger: 8.49. Loved the sharable onion strings. Burgers were and juicy. juicy. Would appreciate prices on FB. Easily read. Appreciated seeing wait staff actually cleaning tables between customers. We'll be back!
Way over priced and the only flavor the burger had was salt! The cook must have stumped his or her toe a couple of time when salting my burger patty! As for the fries they had little to no salt on them so they too were rather bland. This is my second time trying burger 21 and I promise it was my last!
Great place. Staff were all very friendly and all displayed excellent customer service. Food tasted great, filling. Lots of neat menu items that we would like to try sometime again next time we're craving real burgers!
Love the shakes. I've never had their food. The guy working the shake counter could've had a bit more sense of urgency, and worked one order at a time. I shouldn't be getting my shakes at the same time the FIVE shakes behind me are done? Gimme mine... THEN YOU should work the next order!! That's terrible!!
We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a kids burger. The $7 shakes were half full, the burgers were salty, overcooked with no lettuce and very little tomato. The kids burger was full of hard pieces. The burgers were so salty that we couldn’t finish them. What a complete waste of $55. We will not be back.
I quit coming because they stopped offering the patty melt 3 years ago. I seen it advertised so with excitement drove 10 miles to retrieve my favorite burger. Apon arrival I requested the patty melt only to find out you can't just simply order at the register you have to do it online only. Whom ever put this inconvenient process in effect should be fired. Ordering a hamburger should be simple. Left and went to Sonny's. Always easy and good.
Always come here and today was a horrible experience. Requested shareable fries. However,When it got to the table it was only as a regular side.Second issue: ordered a banana foster milkshake and (as the pictures online show) it should come as a full size milkshake. When I ordered, the cashier said: ma’am, there is only one size. I said: ok, then this side it is. However, when it arrived there was literally only HALF OF THE CUP (you can see the picture) with milkshake and it was very frustrating. Second order in one day that they couldn’t even pay attention or even do the right thing!
$3.09 for this amount of fries is preposterous , I ate like 6 fries before the pic so I'm trying to give them some credit..everything has gone up is not an excuse, come on guys fries is the cheapest thing you can get.... quality of burger was good ,customer service was good... 60$ in food when for that you can go anywhere else and get more for your money. Even 5 guys has more flavor and is not so expensive. I know ppl would say then go somewhere else. so I will ?
For Friday night dinner we were looking for a spot to have sandwich and fries. Since we had already tried Burger 21 before we decided to go to the restaurant to get the togo order. By browsing through the menu we ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries. The restaurant took 10-15 minutes to get our order ready. The food was hot and freshly made. We loved both our sandwich and fries. We loved our food and it was delicious.
I like the burgers here. They are on the pricier side of burgers...the meat was basic. Not the thickness as displayed in the pictures. I only did the #1 101. Almost $7 and no fries or drink included. Sauces are worth trying! We did the shareable French fries which was good for 2 people. I definitely like their fries.
