Came to finally check out Burger 21. Food was delicious and quick. Best burger patty I've had in a while. Staff was kind and attentive! Food is a little pricey but where isn't these days. Definitely will return!
This used to be one of our go to places to get a good burger. We have been many times since it opened years ago. This last visit was very disappointing almost like this is a different restaurant or maybe has different owners. The burgers didn’t have the same quality taste, fries were cold despite us having to wait for them and the staff seemed indifferent. There also was no more sauce bar due to COVID and the staff told us it would not be coming back. Overall disappointing experience.
I was not impressed at all. I have not had a burger for more than 2 years due to health reasons. At this point you would think any burger would taste good to me after waiting so long. Not so. This was by far the worst burger I have ever eaten. The prices they say are average, but I thought it to be expensive for just 2 people. I would never recommend this place. Bad food, poor service. Who walks around with a customers food yelling names out? Get numbers, or letters, anything to identify your customers with out yelling across the dining area. Completely missed the mark in my opinion.
I did an Uber eats order. I ordered the OMG burger with an extra patty. The burger patties were nice and huge but they completely lacked flavor. They had no seasoning what so ever and it was a complete waste of $26! I'll never order from this place again! I also thought my burger came with fries but I got none and I remember choosing a fry option. Trash!
Been eating here since the opened years ago, and this used to be my go to burger restaurant. Unfortunately after my visit yesterday,I am not sure I will be coming back.Placed and order online and when I came to pick it up I had two employees see me standing at the counter and completely ignore me, not even a hello, we'll be right with you. Just acted as if I wasn't there.However the biggest disappointment came when I got my food home and began eating. The quality of the burger patties has clearly changed. Both my wife's burger and mine were over cooked, and extremely tough and chewy. Not what I expected from a place that I have been going to for so long.Shame too see this drop in quality, but I guess as food prices are soaring, they have made the choice to cut quality.
Great tasting shrimp burger. Fries were good, too. Shame it felt pretty empty inside.
Food is typically okay, I have been coming here since roughly 2014 I believe or about. In the beginning it was phenomenal, High price but great service.Now here in 2022 it takes almost 20 minutes to get a burger when there is only one other customer in the store who ordered 10 minutes before me.You’ll spend near $40 for two drinks, two burgers and fries.Employees are rude and insincere.Your better off going up the road to an actual sit down restaurant for a meal that is still $10 cheaper after tip.
Wont be eating here to often I don't think. I really didn't know anything about the place 1st time there. Employees were friendly enough. But after taking a customer's order disappeared into the back and no one was at the front counter to greet other customers or get things that customers need. Hope your not in a hurry either might be best to call your order in before you get there. They weren't busy but service was very slow.I didn't like my food as much as I hoped I would. It was a pinapple.something. I figured I like pinapple pizza so Maybe I like pineapple and a chicken patty.... NOT..... besides to much lettus I didn't like the barbecue sauce combined with the apple hickory bacon. And just take off the onion rings off menu because there only fried thin ... really thin onions. Just not my cup of tea. Everyone else in our party liked what they got when they got it. But we were very hungry so most of it was eaten.
Price was cheap but you received better service at Burger King or McDonald’s
Our first time visiting. Around 8pm, appears to be 3 or 4 employees, one on phone, one out smoking. Dining room a disaster and we waited over 20 minutes for a burger and fries. Maybe two or three customers waiting as well that came in after us.Not a good first impression at all.The young personel didn't seem to care at all.We were told we were waiting on fries, when our order was ready, the fries we were told we were waiting on to cook came out cold and stale ... hoping for atleast a decent burger. We ordered the tex-mex... and we were ultimately disappointed.. cheese not melted, no sauce like we asked, very sloppily made.We will not be returning.
