The service here was thoroughly amazing! We had Jasmine as our server and she was very attentive and kind! Overall I would rate our experience as a 5 due to the strong teamwork and excellent customer service that was evident throughout the entirety of this visit! Highly would recommend if you want an enjoyable night out!!
Dirty silverware and served the wrong beer! She had four tables and was not busy! Sent silverware back and she brought me more dirty silverware! As for a coordinated light not sure what I got but it was not that, had over two inches of form in the glass. Never will return! Post this review on Facebook and on Instagram!
Ate here two nights in same week due to bad hotel location. Pleasantly apprised, service was awesome (thanks Annie), food was awesome, and of course sports galore. Most surprising was the cheese cake. It is a Don't Pass experience (insider tip: get chocolate instead of caramel.) Thanks team.
Horribly managed restaurant. Slow service all around. Had to wait 25min just for water. No manager in sight either. No wonder no one wants to work here.
Pretty good experience. The restaurant including the restrooms were clean. The waitress was very nice, patient, and helpful. My drink was made to perfection!!!!I had boneless wings and fries. Both were good. The chicken was a bit overcooked, so when they started to cool off, they were tough.Overall great experience.
DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. WE WENT IN FOR LUNCH THINKING THEY ONLY HAD 2 TABLES WITH CUSTOMERS SO WE FIGURED WE'LL GET A QUICK LUNCH AND BE DONE. IT TOOK 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES TO GET A HAMBURGER. MY WIFE AND SON ORDERED NACHOS FOR APPETIZERS AND THEY SAID AFTER AN HOUR WAIT THAT THEY DID NOT INCLUDE IT IN ORDER. THE BUFFALO WINGS MY SON AND WIFE ORDERED FOR LUNCH WAS SERVED AFTER I WAS DONE WITH MY HAMBURGER. THE FRIES WAS SO DRIED OUT AND THE WINGS WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS THE RESTAURANT'S SPECIALTY WAS BEYOND NASTY.I'M PUTTING 1 STAR BECAUSE IT'S NOT ALLOWING ME TO DO ZERO.
Never order take out from here. My wings had no sauce on them. Such a waste of my money. Not once have I ever ordered parmesan garlic wings that looked like this. To top it off they don’t even taste good.
To be honest, I would give 0/5 stars if possible.I don’t know where you all are spending your money but it’s pretty obvious it’s not the food. The food was way over cooked, we had the boneless and the traditional and both were so hard and chewy and the fries were a joke. A good portion of the fries came out brown. The portions were not the same either, my boyfriend got half the fries that I did. Did you just have them sitting out and then when a new order came in, refried them? We had wings from your neighbor, Tijuana Flats, and we got more wings that were way better cooked and sides for less (we had drinks too). Your whole staff, including the manager leaning up against the bar, seemed like they didn’t care and just going through the motions of their day. I’ve made sure to tell all of our friends and family to stay away from this location. This was absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had and have no intention of coming back.
We had the mild wings, two chicken sandwiches and the curd burger. No one checked to see if the food was okay. Taste wise it was okay but nothing special, better chicken at Wendy's. Lots of places in the same price range with better food. We will not be back.
BDUBS home of sport and world tinniest wings. After ordering 20 wings for $25 sos with blue cheese. (Yes blue cheese!) I received some of the smallest wings I have ever seen. The whole wing is the size of a the 2oz cups the serve the sauce in. Obviously upset, I asked if the manager can do something to compensate for the size.(most would just buy a lifted truck but I tried democracy) I was kindly gifted 10% off. I leave hunger and upset. I wish I could say this was my first bad experience at this location.
