The flavor was great , the customer service, and they give a free ice cream to toddlers ?
Only 3 stars because previous visits were great. Last weekend I got a waffle bow that had to be 3 or 4 days old (It was so stale and flavorless). It was a shame that I didn’t try it til I got home. I wrote the owner a long email explaining everything, and didn’t so much as generate a response. Go to the Twistee Treat down the street, they have never disappointed.
The service was extremely slow. Overpriced and gross. We ordered milkshakes and they used WAY too much milk, it didn’t even taste like there was any ice cream.

Refused to admit that they forgot to give me my order and decided to blame my friend who is a Dasher stating that she forgot to grab the order. This isn't the first time I've had this problem, will never order from them again.

I do really like their ice cream, I think it's a little overpriced but it's good. a usual stop for a good ride in bike with the family
I have seen the owner keep the ice cream on counter back to the pint !! This is disgusting and should change after reading this
Go for the best banana split ever!!! The managers are very nice and so are the young associates! Best icecream in the New Tampa area!
A lovely young lady named Mia took my ice cream order, she was very kind and patient because I was a little overwhelmed with the large variety of delicious flavors! good service and good ice cream, will be back!
