This restaurant has gone downhill! It used to be a great place with good food and exceptional service! Today the table was sticky, the service was slow, and the food was mediocre at best. The chicken fried steak was greasy and soggy. The mashed potatoes were barely warm and like paste, the gravy was almost cold and the whole meal was gross! The salt & pepper shakers were sticky and gross! I sent it back and reordered a flat bread pizza! It claimed to have hand cut pepperoni! It seems like someone ran to WalMart and grabbed some Hormel! The pizza sauce seemed like they opened up a can of tomato sauce. The pizza needed to be cooked longer. By the time it came out my husband was already done eating his meal! Ridiculous!! We had to keep shooing flies away from our food and drinks! And the front door was broken! It’s like they just gave up! The bartender was wearing a cape and sash! Not even Halloween and she was dressing up! The whole place needs an overall! Fire the staff and clean up the place! And turn down the ac a couple degrees! When I left I just felt like I needed to stop some place else to eat! I felt dirty when I left!

It was a very pleasant experience..Olivia was a great server- attentive, nice and friendly. The food was delicious. Fresh, hot and came out relatively quick. The deep fried deviled eggs were a great appetizer. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

It was my first visit and at night. Seems like a good spot to catch a game. Service was good and food was okay. Beer is popular, haha. The place isn't well lit so it's hard to see your menu and food, a bit creepy. The parking lot is very dark also. I had the Mahi Blackened and it was okay but a little dense and dry.

I was invited to a social drink in May 2022 by close friends at Brick House and Tavern - Tampa, Florida. As in the name 'tavern', I expected it to be loud - but the noise was invigorating. The tavern was lively and busy. I ordered Bud Light draft and the House Jumbo Pretzel to start. The draft beer was ice cold and thirst quenching. The jumbo (and it was literally jumbo) pretzel came with two types of dipping sauces - I'm not sure what exactly they were, but one of them had a ranch flavor, both were tasty. I also ordered the Homerun App, the best combination appetizer I had so far, filling and delicious. With one additional order of Bud Light draft beer and one mojito, the total (price) amount was descent. The quality of food and drink was great. The tavern was short staff and busy, so I could understand the delay - besides, between conversations and sport channels, I did not even realize the long wait. My Likes: (1) rightly price food and drink, (2) lots of parking, (3) sport channels everywhere, (4) location, (5) friendly staff, and (6) motorcycle parking. My Down: men's room sanitation. Even with the men's room sanitation problem, I still rate Brick House Tavern - Tampa, Florida 'excellent'. Tips: (1) expect the tavern to be packed during a major sporting event and (2) Happy Hours starts at 3PM...drink up.

We always go here when we stay next door at The Courtyard. We sit at the bar and have a couple drinks and appetizers. Always a good time .

Service was absolutely slow on every account they were not busy at the time we dined. Food was almost mediocre. The table tops there are always sticky and sometimes actually dirty. You shouldn’t have to ask the waitress to wipe the table down...that starts things off on the wrong foot. First appearances, count. From the moment we walked in, the whole place stunk of stale old beer on the bottom of a bar floor. (We imagine.) Sadly this was the fourth dining experience there and it’s always the same - this will be the last time there.

The food was well prepared although average. The chicken pie was topped with Parmesan cheese which was a little odd and did not particularly add to the flavor. However the crust was flaky and the chicken filling tasty. However the biggest issue was that it was super loud. However in full disclosure I did not realize that it was a playoff game for NHL in which the Tampa Bay Lightning we’re playing. So had I known that I would’ve expected the loudness and/or picked to come on a different day

A hidden gem with delicious food, excellent service, and great cocktails! I was asked what type of sauce I wanted on my wings. Olivia could tell I was hesitant when I picked one. Olivia brought me both sauces with fries to try it. She said I just want to make sure you like it! I really appreciated her attention to detail as well as the end product! Very satisfied with my entire experience! Oh and don’t sleep on those warm soft pretzel sticks! So amazing! ??

Large selection of beer. Friendly waitress. Decent happy hour specials. Large indoor and outdoor seating. Free parking. Prices are slightly in the higher end for this type of restaurant/bar.

Drinks were slow. Waitress was excellent. Food was good. Atmosphere was excellent.. Would go back..
