Edit. I came here for two reasons. Sweet Thai garlic chicken and Coke Zero. They were out of their advertised special before 8pm and completely out of diet soda. After store #257 shooed me out early so they could close early six months ago, I figured I'd give BM another shot. I was wrong to try them again. This is my last visit to a BM .
Ordered the BBQ chicken, Broccoli and sweet potato. Been a long time since I ate at a Boston Market. They have changed quite a bit. Broccoli was terrible. Sweet potato was a mess with too much added sugar. Chicken was just ok. But I will not come back.Understand restaurant owners it's better to raise the price than to lower the quality of food. It's because of the food we come not the price. And it's the biggest reason you go out of business. You cheat and think we don't know. BUT WE DO!
It's 8:06 pm on a Saturday. Not sure who is working and who isn't but know the ones sitting behind the restaurant in their car probably are not working. Not like they had much to choose from in the way of food, since they really only had s few entrees to choose from and zero vegetables. Meanwhile we continue to sit behind this one vehicle and not any closer to our order 15 minutes later. Only the drive thru was open. Clear that no one wants to work even if they are paid. Boston Market used to be kind of upscale in terms of fast food. One star because I had to select at least one
Hello Boston Market team, Easter was made special by you! Eric, was kind enough to take my order in advance and answer all my questions with patience. We ordered $107 worth of family meals. Everything was amazing! I didn't have to grocery shop, cook, heat the house up or wash pots and pans. We just had a relaxing day and created family memories. Thank you all especially Eric the manager.Vivian
Best Boston Market experience! The staff was friendly and very accommodating to the gluten free dairy free member of our group. Thank you Dave!
Went Sunday night thru the drive thru & the girl was super nice, the chicken & sweet potatoes were really good but the creamed spinach was definitely not the same. it had a kick to it, the texture was completely different & it tasted like it was frozen spinach dip. boston market is always my favorite so im just hoping it was a substitution & not a change in the recipe.
We were the only ones in their dining the macaroni and cheese tasted old. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes was good and the chicken pot pie was good
Wide variety of choices available. The chicken pot pie was very good. Excellent customer service & got my order quickly.
Worst experience at a Boston market ever. I went Thursday 12/30 at around 4:30pm. Almost no customer in the lobby and only two others in line, but every table in the lobby was filthy. It gets to be my turn to order, and at this point I am the only customer in the place. After taking half my order the male server/cashier decides to have a snack in front of me, then proceeds to be on his cell phone. At this point every single person besides the person cutting the chicken was on their phone and not one washing their hands. The male server while he was eating his snack was licking his fingers and touching his face. He tried to grab my food without washing his hands! I canceled my order and walked out. Serious health violations at this place! Absolutely disgusting.
The staff handled a Prime Rib coupon like champs! They handle an influx of people with patience and grace and all worked together as a team. Food was delicious.
