Service is either slow or non-existent. Took at least 10 minutes to be seated as nobody was checking on the front of the house. After we got our drinks and we said we needed just a minute, we folded up our menus and proceeded to wait another fifteen, with the server passing us by several times. We finally had to ask if we could possibly place our order. Once we did finally get our food after another fairly substantial wait, items were missing or needed to be replaced. All that said, the food was good, and it is difficult to know whether to blame the wait staff or the lack of personnel. There’s only so much you can do if management can’t get the manpower they need. Overall not a great experience, but the food was good. Just can’t give more stars for subpar performance regardless of the cause.
Placed a $45 breakfast order online.Went and picked it up, got home and part of the order was missingCalled and spoke to the Manager Casey..She apologized and said she would make it right.i live close so it was np to go back and pick up the remaining order.Casey even threw in some biscuits and gravey at no charge!appreciate that she fixed the iui ssue immediately
The service was great and the food was delicious we had steak and eggs toast potatoes hot tea and orange juice would definitely go back
Good food, good atmosphere, good customer service at the Temple Terrace one. The one on Dale Mabury customer service is lacking. Today, no one came for 10 minutes to take our name to be seated and they had a full lobby. They could not tell us how long the wait was going to be to be seated. We left and drove to the one in Temple terrace. They should have someone that stands there at check in to take names not a waitress who is already busy with tables.
Ordered the Avacado Veggie Bowl and the onions and potatoes were really burnt. The food was cold so I guess they just took the leftover food from the grill and put it in the container. It was horrible. Didn't eat it. It was supposed to have eggs and hash browns and they were not in the bag. The Apple Pie was undercooked and just thrown in the container. I called the restaurant and was told the manager was on the grill but would get on the phone. 18 mins later she still didn't answer. I called right back and was told she was on the and couldn't take my call.
Bob Evans is an affordable dine in restaurant. My choices have been limited to their breakfast menu and salads, each was exceptionally good.
Slow at seating people. Plenty of tables.Slow & non-responsive servers.Took 1-1/2 hrs to get seated & served. (Not counting dining time!!If you want to spend your day waiting this is the place for you.So sad, this used to be a great place to go.I won’t go back until they get their act together.
Totally ripped off again. I am done giving Bib Evans my $. Get home with food and I'm missing half of my order! Everything breakfast does not come w/onions or hollandaise. Looks nothing like what I ordered. Take out service sucks!
It wasn't the best experience, the place was pretty much empty of customers maybe 1 or 2 other booths, we request a table always. But before that it was a more than a few minutes that either my husband or I was even acknowledged at the front area. Ordered our food pot roast with mashed potatoes, was great but I got half a salad & soup, potato soup but was a cheddar base I think but it tasted like the fake cheese squeeze out of the nacho cheese thing at 7-11, it was not good. What I did enjoy was the banana bread & the fresh biscuits.
Last time we went the older waitress literally brought me my dish missing the stupid sausage links and then when I asked she told me I read the menu wrong then proceeded to tell the staff I was asking for something else and said I did receive the stupid sausage why would you lie bro?? she was so rude so I tipped the other waitress who helped fix everything. anyways went back and she’s still there so if you go here it’s acceptable to not tip the old rude lady ?
