I love Bob's! I get their Pot Roast Hash with over medium eggs over well done broccoli and it is delish!!Picture is with scrambled eggs. I recently upgraded myself to to over medium. That yolk over the meat and broccoli ?
Placed an order for delivery. I ordered a Chicken Cobb Salad. Only received the greens. No eggs, no chicken no avocado. Was told that they could make me another one but for pick up only. No delivery. I am in a wheelchair and it’s pouring rain. A refund would be available between 3 to 5 days. If I want the food delivered I need to pay for another order. No thank you. They did nothing for me.
Come on, now. Bob Evans is always on. Nice menu. Hard working and very attentive waitresses. Clean throughout. Seated with a smile as soon as I walked in. Strawberry Supreme pie ties it all in.
The breakfast food n prices were good. Clean. Staff was polite, helpful n attentive. I would go back. I went to the one on Adamo by 75. Try the special bacon with honey, brown sugar, n pepper. That was a hit!!!
Food always good but this location have issues with the sitting hostess. A waitti g line of 15min to 20min while the dinning room has plenty of open tables.
Had our church group of 18 in for breakfast this morning. Service was excellent & food was great as always. Hard to serve 18 at once but they did a great job no orders wrong. Will be back again.
Their food is AMAZING!! Everything was seasoned to taste & our waitress Candace was a perfect Hostess! I just LOVE their new menu item, the icebrewed cold coffee was HEAVEN!! This was my first time, but definitely not my last!
There was literally no wait... I was shocked! Then I was sat down for service and now I know why there wasn't a wait.I don't know why I punish myself thinking the people in these establishments actually cared about customer service and the products they put out.First of all we were sat a table that was visibly dirty underneath. As a customer I shouldn't have to tell you to clean the floor under a table and then have to stand there while you go to get your little sweeper.Perhaps if the kitchen staff was actually in the kitchen instead of fraternizing outside, the severs would be able to actually serve their customers and not have to make excuses for the lack of competency it takes the kitchen staff to sling some eggs and fry up some bacon.We had to wait for the kids meal because they were waiting on a a steak and eggs to be cooked. SERIOUSLY?! You always serve the children first.Then we had to wait almost 20 minutes for a fresh cup of coffee. I had to get up several times just to find the server.Then, the food came out cold and we had to get fresh sides for almost every plate. I seriously lost my appetite and wound up taking everything to go.But wait... there's MORE... the server admitted to putting the food in the microwave to heat it.IF I WANTED MICROWAVED FOOD I WOULD HAVE EATEN AT HOME!!!Listen, I know times are tough and it's hard to get employees in the door to work, let alone good employees. HOWEVER, that stems from POOR MANAGEMENT.
Service had been slow this particular day which is Sunday. It was a party of 4 . Our waitress is new and she took our order maybe a 35 minute wait. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with egg. Very salty. Overall I saw the manager come out and help the waiters, as they needed help. It got busy around 11:00-12 noon! Go early if you can . I love the atmosphere but folks not wanting to work for low wages so they needed lots of help when I went. Food could have been hotter and not as salty. Coffee tasted like the bottom of the coffee barrel.
Had breakfast this morning. It was quite frankly our best breakfast yet. Lovely food, excellent service. Will definitely be back.
